Gorgeous little apartments with quality fixtures and fantastic maintenance staff - Peter is a gem!! Will answer texts promptly and get things done in a timely manner. Would have lived here longer than 2 years, but I moved closer to my parents due to family illness. It was great to be within walking distance of so many restaurants and bars as well!

Local limpo, novo, fantastico, organizado e seguro. Todo o time administrativo é atencioso e muito prestativo. Excelente localizacao e preços condizentes com o que é aplicado oferecendo mais do que muitos outros locais. Peter é incrivel.

The Boyce Lofts
I love the interior of the apartments. It’s very modern with a balcony. The rent is also affordable. The biggest downside would be the cleanliness of the hallways and the laundry room. The laundry machines are in terrible shape and I have never seen them cleaned professionally the last 6 months. They are always full of fur and really messy. The hallways are also full of fur and smell like pets which makes sense since it is pet friendly building.
