Studio Sundari . Dreadlocks

I got my starter locs done by Irma 3 weeks ago and I love them! She was very professional and friendly. I sure recommend that place!

We've been coming to studio Sundari for over a year now. The staff and owner are super professional and also friendly. I am always happy with my dreads' maintenance at studio Sundari. I recommend this business!

They are amazing! I have always done my dreadlocks and maintenance by myself and wanted to find a place I can trust for my 10yo dreads ;I can say that I am very happy to have found this place! They take the time to answer all your questions, informs you on the products they use and do recommendations for your type of hair. They also are very honest and don't hesitate to refer you to their employe that fits your needs. I also really appreciated that they tell you all your options with their pros and cons (for dreads extension in my case).In summary they are patient, fair priced, honest and knowledgeable, I would recommend them without any hesitation!

The loctician was very friendly and had many years of experience. I believe she had more experience with larger loc’s though. I will not be returning for my micro loc care, but I appreciate her time!

According to the Manager, it is normal for your dreads to look like this less the 12 hrs after maintenance. Worst customers service.

This review is about 6 months after my visit but i've been meaning to leave one. The woman who fixed my hair was amazing. I didn't have dread locks but my hair was tangled beyond belief. I was going through a hard time and the woman who fixed my hair was very empathetic and non-judgemental. She spent about 5-6hrs untangling my locks one evening after work. We finished around 10 or 11pm but she got the job done! Hopefully I never find myself in the need for such specialized help again, but if anyone else is currently in that position, I would highly recommend them. Also, their homemade hair treatments are very affordable and they do work. Thank you, even after all this time!

The people at Studio Sundari have always treated me with the utmost respect and taken the time to explain every aspect of their services to me, answer all my questions, reassure me should I have any doubts, and most important of all, provide me with an amazing head of dreads. I was feeling so uncomfortable and unhappy with myself after a emotionally fueled hair chopping (we've all been there!) I couldn't believe I would feel good about myself and proud of my hair any time in the near future. I cannot thank the staff enough for making me feel amazing, for taking the time to install me a whole head of long, beautiful dreadlocks ♡ They are relentless in their art and dedication to their craft ♡ thank yoouuuuu so much

Had maintenance on my dreadlocks done here. Orphée did an amazing job cleaning up my locs and did not interlock my locs tightly. Very happy with the results.

I had a *great* first experience at Sundari today! Allison and her staff are super friendly and helpful. I wasn't even there for my own appointment, I went with a friend and her son who were getting their dreads retightened/installed. But Allison gave me a bunch of tips about my own dreads, helped me find a great shampoo and hair oil, offered to oil my dreads, showed me how she installs and repairs dreads, gave me a huge amount of pointers.... I am looking forward to booking my own appointment! Thanks for a great day at the salon!
