Max and his team provided us with a very competitive quote, his installers were nice guys who showed up on time and did a great job installing the drywall. Big Max did an amazing job finishing the drywall and he kept me informed everyday of the progress and what was going to be done the next day. I can not say enough positive comments about working with Big Max!We also had MKZ do the primer coat, and the painter was a very good guy as well, showed up on time and did excellent work.MKZ is the best contractor I have ever used for drywall installation and finishing and I would highly recommend them for your drywall needs.Thanks Max and your amazing team of professionals for doing such a great job. MKZ did an excellent job of our renovation! They managed to find time in their schedule to accomodate our tight timeline and went above and beyond to deliver on all of their promises. Their pricing was very reasonable without compromising quality. The owner takes pride in his business and holds his employees to the same standard. Their communication was exceptional and definitely breaks the unreliable drywaller stereotype. They kept open lines of communication for the duration of the project and kept us up to date on progress before and after milestones. When it comes time to finish our basement, we know we will be calling MKZ.

MKZ (Max and his crew) are the best contractors we have ever worked with! They are so professional, polite, courteous and do absolutely amazing work. If an item comes up (as they do during renovations) it is communicated and put into a change order for approval. We had to leave our house and stay at a rental so timeliness was paramount and the team did not disappoint. They communicated and problem solved very well. My basement ceilings needed refinishing after I removed popcorn texture which was in rough shape. I called MKZ Construction and Max promptly arrived later that day. He was courteous, thorough and I was impressed with his attention to detail. I orginally wanted a knockdown texture but decided to go with flat ceiling which Max and his team were accommodating. From start to finish including painting, Max''s team kept me in the loop, were on schedule and went the extra mile. Max and his team are professionals, and it shows! My flat ceilings (level 5) look awsome! I highly recommend MKZ Construction and would use them again. thank you.

I would highly recommend MKZ Construction. I hired MKZ to remove the popcorn ceilings in my upstairs and replace with knock down. Max was always on time, great to communicate with and did exactly as he said, and showed up when he said they would. The crew were all very friendly and I was happy to have them in my home. I will be using them again to do the same on my main floor.

MKZ Construction is very courteous and personable, especially Jerome and Charles. The ceiling repair and ceiling painting was amazing, the pictures speak for themselves. Neat and tidy, careful with our belongings, great communication via Maxime through the whole process. We will recommend MKZ to all our friends and family.

The plumbers sawed open holes in my walls to replace pipes, and I needed MKZ to refill those holes. MKZ responded promptly to my message for help on their website. All walls repaired for a good price. Highly Recommend!
