Booster Juice

Had a terrible experience yesterday. I always come to this location as I work in the mall. There’s 3 CHILDREN working here and one older it seems, girl. I asked her for 2 snack sizes because my sister and I wanted our own drinks which should be normal?? She gave me 1 regular size and argued with me it’s the same thing. Did she expect us to have to share a drink because she was too lazy to put it in 2 cups like I paid for? She wouldn’t stop arguing with me when I just asked her to split it please. Someone please supervise these kids because they do not know customer service or how to do the job properly .

I love Booster Juice, but this location SUCKS! I ordered through Skip The Dishes a few times from this location. This is the second time I have had this issue. These 2 almost 10$ drinks are called Hail to the Kale; they should be called Hail to the Pulp. Look at the amount of pulp in these 2 drinks. I literally had to drain the pulp to enjoy it. The taste was okay but NOT worth the $$$. When I called to speak with a manager today about my concern, the employee picked up the phone and laid it down. No one would answer. This happened 2 times until finally, the third time calling a guy picked up. I juice my own juices, and this is pure laziness. I don't recommend this location.

Waited over 30 mins for a smoothie that was terrible. The 3 staff members were continuously arguing and generally made me uncomfortable being there. Many others were also waiting and watching. Very cringe. I used to order from here on skip too but I can't even bring myself to do that. I watched a skip courier wait for 20 minutes as well for his smoothie. Such a shame

I had to wait 15 min for my juice! First the girl forgot to take my order, later she didn't know what Superfood was when I asked. Instead, she went to the cashier and tried to charge me for it.Then the girls kept themselves busy washing juicers while I was standing there waiting for my order instead of making my juice. Exceptionally poor service. The juice was good though

Been here several times and I only order one thing— a smoothie. 3 young girls work here who are really hostile towards customers, and they give off the vibe they don’t care about the customers at all.On another occasion, I was waiting in line for about 5 minutes to order. One of the girls was working alone and washing dishes, and when she finally saw me she said they aren't serving customers for the next 15 minutes because they are cleaning. It was the middle of the day..Smoothie’s are always good but staff could be nicer

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. NEVER SUPPORT IT. this place has 3 teenagers who work in it. one of them is a young boy who knows nothing about what he’s doing. i ordered an orange juice like i always do and he made me a smoothie. i politely asked him to make me a juice because that’s what i ordered and he said “it is a juice just drink it” in a very rude tone. i told him i always get a freshly squeezed orange juice but he had no chill and kept arguing. this other girl always has a terrible attitude and when i asked her for an orange juice she gave me a carrot juice and said it was orange when i clearly saw her make a carrot juice. the other teenage girl is extremely rude and always rolls her eyes. don’t support this location as it’s run by 3 bratty teenagers who clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

Had a terrible experience here today. The person helping me was not very kind or courteous towards efficiency or hygiene, the sign on the bar says they give extraordinary customer service. I ordered a simple orange juice and a simple apple juice. Order taken at 3:42pm. Previous to our order she had cut a bunch of stuff on the cutting board and handled food without wearing gloves and without washing her hands, this is food safe 101 stuff. Wash and clean your space and wash your hands. She had a nasty cloth sitting on the board full of wet juice and such. Before making our order I asked if she can remove the cloth and please wash and sanitize the cutting board and her hands as she was also using her cell phone from her pocket to make a call and text message someone while the juicer machine was not working properly. . She gave a look as if she was annoyed when I asked for her to follow proper food safe policy and procedure. We received a orange juice drink and Then machine broke down again during our order for the apple juice we waited almost 30 minutes for our order, we asked for a refund but were told it's not possible, shortly after this the machine started working again, we were handed our drink without a sorry for the wait, or any kind of acknowledgement towards our patience for waiting, this employee was obviously annoyed and had zero sense of customer service and zero sense of food safe and proper hygiene. Only after I said something did she then put gloves to make the juice. This was Saturday Jul 30th at about 3:42pm. I hope the manager or owner can retrain these staff on proper food safe handling and hygiene. This is not acceptable and people can get very sick.

Sunday, February 5 @ approx 1:40 PM, 2 young girls chatting amongst themselves &ignoring people standing in the lineup,I know they were making drinks but I believe they should be trained better and acknowledge a person waiting to buy a drink from this company & at least say “hi I’ll be right with you”!..a young boy was working the other night and saw us walk up, but didn’t acknowledge for at least 5 minutes and then said “sorry not making drinks anymore”,they need to be trained better.Thank you.I won’t be spending any of my money there anymore.

So, the 5 stars I gave is just for the employee that was working here today (November 30th, 2022 (01:00pm). He was the best employee. He was working alone and was very efficient and respectful. He was taking orders and making them as well.I will give ‘zero’ stars to the owners of this place. I would request them to At least hire another person to help the employee. There should be At least 2 people working at a time.There was huge lineup today and and was only one employee to serve all of them, and he did his best ! Kudos to him !
