Fogh Marine

This was my second purchase at Fogh Marine but the first in store. I was quite impressed with the store in general. The staff was well informed and more than happy to serve me though it was a little early …. off season (April). I found all the items I was looking for. The store is well organized and stocked. Good selection of sea clothing. They carry the major fishing kayak brands like Old Town and Hobie. Clean and not clustered with inventory everywhere which was very nice. Dedicated parking .Definitely a go to place for all your kayaking needs. A 5 star kayak store.

I only leave reviews for places that deserve them and Fogh Marine deserves this 5 Star Review. I was searching for a solution & product for a boat that I have been restoring and Fogh Marine was the only place I found that had what I was looking for coupled with excellent advice and customer service. My new favourite place for marine supplies & services.

Fabulous experience my husband and I had at this store. We called ahead of time and they had what we needed in stock and had it ready for us to look at when we arrived. The gentleman we dealt with was super knowledgeable, very personable and made everything so seamless, wish I remembered his name. We got everything we needed for our kayaking experience and even grabbed some great Helly-Hansen clothes. I highly recommend this place to anyone for your boating needs. My Fiancee and I could not find a Canadian retailer with the RED, Discovery 133 canoe in stock. Months and months of checking websites. Nothing. I called the makers of the Discovery, Johnson Outdoors, and they recommended that we call Fogh Marine. Even though Fogh does not retail canoes, they special ordered one for us without a premium price attached. We could not be happier with the canoe and the service we received from Fogh. Excellent, helpful, and informative group of folks in all departments, from the order desk experience to the day we picked it up. General Manager (I forget his name) went above and beyond. He took 30 minutes off his day to help this overly cautious newbie load and secure the canoe with a complete and thorough tutorial. I'm now fully prepared for the next time I load solo.We went straight to the lake, and off we went on her maiden voyage! We are reasonably new to water-craft adventures but are now hooked. Stand by, Fogh; we see Kayaks in our future!Thanks again, Fogh!Holly & Dino
