The installation process was seamless and their crew worked efficiently to ensure that the fence was installed perfectly. Michael Coglian was hired by my neighbour in May 2021 to replace the backyard fence that partially backs on to my property. He was only granted permission to bring materials through my driveway as my neighbours house does not have one but without asking he helped himself to all the utilities on my property without permission including electricity and water.In addition, he trashed my newly laid sod and surrounding areas with patches of cement, made false promises in order to continue to leverage the use of my property and lied about the crew he would have on the job and timeline.Would not recommend Michael Coglian for your fence work as he is unprofessional, a liar in regards to the project timeline and available resources! He is also a poor communicator and will ignore your calls when you seek assistance.Take your business somewhere else!

It was a pleasure working with Michael and his team last spring while they installed a chain link fence and two gates in the backyard. Michael and his father offered excellent advice on how to ensure that the fence and gate installation would best meet our needs and make our backyard look fantastic. As I look out the window every day, it is reassuring to know that the fence is installed to provide safety for both pets and children. As far as professionalism, Michael and his father ensured that adherence to property lines was top priority. It was difficult, at the time, finding a company that would come out to give us a quote. After, researching many large companies, we decided to call North York Quality Fences based on a tip we received from a fence manufacturer. That company suggested we call Michael at North York Quality Fences. We are glad we did.

I contacted North York Quality Fences and spoke with Michael. I was impressed with his professional and friendly manner which was reinforced when he arrived within a day, inspected the site and gave me a reasonable quote to repair the fence. He came within the timeframe he gave me with a co-worker and the repair was done to my complete satisfaction. I couldn't be happier. This company is my 'go to' for any future work.

Michael got back to us so quickly when we called and was at our house and had given us a quote within a week!! He and his dad Tony showed up to install with all the extras (great black hardware and black toppers for the posts). They did a great job and we are thrilled with the fresh look these fences, gates and railings gave or house.

Very happy with the quality of the work. Michael provided a quote promptly and offered good advice. It was clear he wasn't trying to up sell. He even suggested a lower cost option as what I asked for would was unnecessarily expensive. He came with a three man team on the day of the job and I never saw them on a break. They arrived early in the morning and went to it! Job was finished over two days and looks great. Highly recommend.

Mike was pretty quick to respond to our request for an estimate on a 25' section of chain link fence that was required. He made some good suggestions on how to lay it out given some unique requirements on our property. We got a reasonable estimate and were told it would be a few weeks out when he could do the work.We were pleasantly surprised to get a call from Mike a few weeks earlier than his original ETA asking if he could start the work. He showed up with his father and another associate and within two hours he had the holes for the fence posts dug up, new posts installed in concrete and the fence completed. He did a professional job at tying in the new fence to the existing sections.They helped us reposition a number of large paving stones to another section of our yard and did a great job of cleaning up leaving no mess when they left. We have artificial grass in our backyard and it was clean when they were finished.In summary great price, quality, design, friendliness and value for a chain link fence installation. Would definitely use this company again for fence work.

If you are looking for a quote for a big job , or even just a small repair, I would call Michael right away. He was perfect in every sense. Punctual, honest and overall great at what he does. There were a few obstacles in the two jobs I had him do at two different properties that he managed with professionalism of work and critical thinking. Not to mention both jobs got done on time with everyone showing up the appointed days. The fences both came out beautiful, even the chain link matched my property so well, trusting him with his input. The price point was MUCH better than the 2 quotes that I received from other companies. Michael showed up personally to give me a free estimation and I didn’t look back since. I contacted them for a quote as our front yard fence was falling apart and leaning over the sidewalk. Both Michael and Tony worked on our property. Because school buses stop beside our house and parents don't care what their children do they are always climbing on our retaining wall and fence. We needed something very strong that could withstand the abuse these children give out. We are very happy with the quality of the fence delivered and would suggest them to anyone that needs a new fence. A number of our neighbors were impressed as well and asked for quotes as people appreciate quality workmanship that seems to be lacking a lot these days.
