I wish I could give zero or negative stars. We recently had to switch care for our daughter Zoey and had a initial consultation with Dr. Nemcheck because our vet retired. Zoey is older and needs prescription food that is required for her Dr. to sign off in order for the food to be issued. After many attempts and messages (2 weeks) we have yet to hear from Dr. Nemcheck once. We are extremely disappointed to say the least and we are not able to get prescription food that our daughter needs; She has run out of food. What kind of Dr. does not return phone calls at all? People do not deserve to be ignored and especially when comes to your family.

I have adopted a puppy that was given a rabies vaccine from Dr. Necheck. The original tags has gone missing through his many homes. I have asked on 10/29, 11/16 and again on 11/23 for a replacement. Each time I was told they would sent it out to me, but now almost a month later still no tag.

Dr. Nemcheck and Rachel are the best. They explain everything and help you make the best decision. They are extremely caring, compassionate, and treat your pet as if it were their own. I have recommended them to several friends and family who also love them. I would not trust my babies with anyone else. I highly recommend them.

We cannot say enough good things about this vet and her employees. She is caring, considerate and loving towards the family and pet. Euthanizing your pet is an excruciating and plainful experience. Dr. Nemcheck and Rachel are the best! They saw my senior dog almost immediately, they happened to be in the area. They are compassionate and caring. They explain what they are doing and why. Unfortunately, the outcome what not what we wanted but they were supportive and compassionate and went above and beyond. Absolutely impressed with their services. I will add that they had never seen my dog before. They treated us like we were longtime clients. They will be my go-to going forward.

Called in the morning and within 45 minutes had a return call and a appointment that day. Very compassionate and kind care with my delicate little flower(LOL)...Love Dr. Nemcheck and her kind staff!!!!! My girl got the best of care!!!

I highly recommend Dr Nemcheck and Rachael. They are both not only amazing with animals but they are also great people in general. I had a small concern after my dogs neutering and debated texting the line on a Sunday, not even 30 seconds went by and Rachael called me and cleared up my worries. I wouldn’t want my baby in anyone else’s hands, they are truly the best!
