Called and ordered a cab and was told 10-15 minutes after 15 minutes I called back because we had an appointment and were late and this point. Phone rang and rang no answer. Called again and dispatcher said cab was 2 minutes away. When cab pulled into my driveway she pulled in very fast and almost hit my dog, to which I obviously got mad she wasn't apolegtic at all. I'll stick with uber thanks.

After being stuck on the side of the road called this cab company to bring out fuel the initial charge was $30 when they showed up they demand it twice that amount and when I wouldn’t pay they left me stranded at 2 AM in the morning on the side of a country road me and my wife wears cab company ever and I will be putting this on Facebook

Worst cab driver I have ever met. Tells my group he can take us home from the bar, but when we get where we are going he starts demanding extra money because we are a group. We all went to the same stop and he was already charging double what we paid to get there the first time. When I told him no I would only pay the meter price he started yelling that if he demanded $100 we would have to pay him. Gave him the meter price and told him leave or I would phone the police.Never again.

I would rate 0 if possible. Called for a cab this morning, had to repeat my address 5x to the guy for some reason, then he mumbled something, told me to call someone else and hung up. Do not call this cab company. Very unprofessional and apparently they don't want your business anyway.

Called at 410am for a cab told 10 mins. After 20 mins of waiting the cab still never showed up. After 35 mins by which I had started walking and they called. No apologies for being late or anything. The drive wanted me to just stop walking and wait In - 30 with winds weather for him. I was 5 mins walk from where I was going. You think a free ride is worth wasting my time showing no respect to your customers. Next time I won't take you up on free ride. I'll just call another company.

Took a short taxi ride on 2017-02-05 from near the Georgian College to Little Lake Dr., needless to say, I will NEVER be using this service again. Where do I even start? The Taxi" was in absolutely TERRIBLE condition. Newspapers instead of mats for your feet
