I stopped here quickly to order an ice cream cake for my son's birthday for the next day. The staff member that came to help me (Brenna/Breanna - something like that) was very helpful. I told her what I was looking for - an alligator and although it wasn't in their book to choose from, she said they could do that. She asked me about other things like icing colors and air brushing - things I wouldn't normally know to ask about and was very thorough and helpful. My son was so pleased with his cake!

DQ niverville has great service and front line staff. Their blizzards however are not so good. They are soft, not soft enough to pour out when turned upside down quickly. But just flat. We were at DQ on Regent the other day, now theirs was perfect. We’ll mixed, soft but hard enough the ice cream stood up in the cup. Perfect. Maybe call them and get the temperature of their machine. Yours is a bit to warm.Well, fast forward a week or so we returned to Niverville DQ. I had the best dbl cheese burger I’ve ever had at DQ and the blizzard was perfect. Not runny and mixed just right.Well done!!

Every time we ate here was a hit. Hamburgers taste fresh and delicious, and also looks good. I highly recommend, we're not fast food enthusiasts but whenever I don't feel like cooking we order it and we are always well satisfied!

Went to the drive-thru pick-up. Ordered for 7 people . Fast and courteous service and once we got home 10 minutes away, everything was exact and perfect. Spent $75 and worth it .

I got excellent Customer Service from Josh, wow that Guy is good!! would offer him a job when we would have an opening!He is worth his weight in Gold, Friendly, competent, backed every one of his word by checking the Stock and doing great job.Cake was fantastic!!!

We went through the drive thru this evening and the young lady at the window was very accommodating with my son's allergy. We appreciated the safety measures she took to ensure no cross-contamination.

1 star because i cant give 0 stars. Surely this is a joke. Dairy Queen is actually charging nearly $10 for these chicken fingers". We ordered 3 of these chicken finger baskets

The experience is just going downhill in my opinion. Still slow to get food. Took over 10 minutes to get food with noone in the restaurant.They don't give you ketchup bottles to use any more, packets at the table. I guess that must be cheaper. And they don't even give you a placemat, just drop off your take out style food on top of a dirty table.For the love of God, at this point, next time Il order to go, then eat inside, at least then I can have a paper bag to rest my fries or onion rings on so they don't just spill out on the table.Idunno.. I feel like I'm complaining but at other fast food chains I won't name id have got an apple pie for waiting 10 min for 2 burgers and onion rings, and my food would spill onto a chemical laced place mat on my tray instead of the sneezed on table.Remember when going out to restaurants was actually an experience and didn't feel like you were an experiment on how to save another dime on the service?
