Oscar not only explained the issue, he provided me with a new pump and instructions to install it safely myself at half the cost. I highly recommend Oscar and Global Rebuilders! Our older Hayward pool pump was too loud to stay in operation and why it prompted me to look at our options, new or repair. Luckily I came across Global Rebuilders on Google. It was a previous review stating that The Pool Store sent them there, that made me reach out to Oscar. Oscar’s friendly, helpful and very responsive! I dropped my pump off at 8am and it was ready to go by 3pm, the same day. Global even painted and touched up the rusted spots to make the pump look new. We did run into an issue after re-installing the pump, but Oscar resolved that issue as quickly as he could and at no further expense. My old pool pump has been running without any issue, quieter and more smoothly than I can remember.

I have brought Spa pumps, Pool pumps and Boat Lift Hydraulic pumps and have never been disappointed with the customer service, honesty, performance or price.It is great to have a local rebuilder that is both experienced and trust worthy.

Oscar was fantastic to deal with! Had my pool pump fixed same day which was fantastic and unexpected. He went above and beyond when I had picked it up and was reinstalling it at my home. I ran into a problem wiring the pump back up and called the store knowing they were closed. Surprisingly he answered the phone and assisted. His assistance got the pump up and running. I was thankful for him taking my call. He then followed up with me an hour or so later just to make sure all was hooked and and running smoothly. I fully recommend using Oscar and the company. Oscar amigo mío, took my pool pump in for repair and he had it back to me in a couple of hours ,back in service and it works better than new Oscar and his team are the best I will recommend Global Rebuilders to everyone I know great job and thank you Oscar.

As a service tech by trade, I couldn't source the parts necessary for my pool pump or hot tub pump. The repair guy has years of experience and parts in his shop, was able to get up and running within 24hrs, pool pump has been working after 2yrs, just got the hot tub pump done. Highly recommend!

The owner was very polite and helpful.I purchased interior parts for my alternator and was given a lot of helpful instruction for reassembly.I reassembled the alternator and they even tested it for me.I'll definitely be back to this shop in the future for my next alternator/starter/motor repair.
