I’ve been working beside this Wendy’s for a year and a bit now. every time i go in there for a snack or a drink, the staff have been exceptionally kind to me. they know me by name and greet me every time. the food is always good, as well. but i really want to emphasize on the staff and their kindnessjust so all the staff know, its been an absolute pleasure being your work neighbour. thank you for your great service every time i have visited you.

Ordered take out from inside the store shortly before 8pm. Almost broke a tooth on a small, black rock-like object in my baked potato. They missed an order of regular fries as well. Lastly, the drink and condiment station was in dire need of cleaning and looked like it was not cleaned all day. It was not busy with only two tables occupied and no drive-thru line up. Will be going to the other location in the future.

This is the third time in the last three weeks I have been here and they didn’t have what I ordered. Waited in the drive through line to get out and no food. Poorest Wendy’s I have ever been to.

Very nice staff. They went above and beyond: I stopped for breakfast but wanted to buy my lunch (chicken salad). They gave me the option of which chicken, did not say you can only get crispy"

Don't waste your time going to this location. There's another Wendy's up the road and you won't have to deal with the rude Jenks that were working at the drive thru at this one. The most unfriendly, rude, ignorant drive thru personnel I have ever dealt with. If the owner has any hope of this business succeeding against the same business 5 mins up the road he would get rid of the 2 look alike guys working in his drive thru.

Worst Wendy’s out there really wondering whose running this place. Placed an order on skip at 9:52pm she called me at 9:58pm to tell me they don’t have frosty so I said that’s fine we will just get the burgers and I’ll get the frosty charge refunded. She then called me back at 10:04pm and asked me if I can get the whole order refunded cause they are closed??? They close at 10:30 only their skip line closes at 10 and the order was placed before that. They were still open till 10:30 and could easily make the order placed that was already accepted. Terrible customer service.

Ever since the new owners took over and fired the old staff the service has been terrible. You order a combo and they automatically upsize it to a medium for more money. You have to tell them you only want a small.

Unfortunately really poor service and food. All came out burnt and somehow it was our fault and told we'd have to wait if we wanted more food. Umm ok. Only one server was apologetic. I get it's fast food but let's try just a little.

They forgot part of the order and when I phoned I was asked if I could come back (after working a 12 hour day... so no, not really) or can I come back tomorrow. I said no I'm not coming back tomorrow. They said they would replace the missing part of my order. I asked that, since I had to come back, could I at least get a meal, and was told no. They will only replace what was missed.If I have to come back, at least make it a meal so I don't have to prepare half a meal twiceJust my opinion. I'm more likely to order more food, for my family, coming again, if at least one meal was covered.
