Resident Food Truck
Some of the best quality food in Sooke, the Resident Food Truck honestly kicks things up a notch with quality ingredients that you rarely see in a food truck. I typically go for their Hen of the Woods, a Japanese style fried chicken sandwich that melts in your mouth and has a nice balance of heat with a blend of aioli and sriracha. I've also had their Brewery Pretzel and various daily specials that they have had on from time to time, and they have all been delicious.With high quality ingredients, and both friendly and prompt service, these guys are knocking it out of the park. Definitely recommend.

I have to say this food truck is a fine addition to the Sooke Food scene. The couple who run it are lovely and their passion for food speaks through their well crafted menu. If you find yourself hungry and wanting to try something new, Resident Food Truck is where you want to go.

Delicious pretzel! Plus the team drop it off in the brewery for you! Perfect texture, delicious mustard, definitely recommend. The Pickles were ok but the pretzel and mustard are to die for and really compliment a flight!

Talon and Annabelle are a great hard working team with fantastic food. They put care and time into the food they serve. Their pretzels made from the spent grains from the brewery are the best I've ever had. They are great people and have great customer service! Will always support these guys!

Best grilled cheese I've ever had. Wife had the blt and said it was best produce.Great atmosphere with it being connected with the brewery. Loved that we got to head in, start our drinks and had lunch delivered.

WOW! I got the hen of the woods" chicken burger and it was excellent! Generous portion of *crispy* delicious chicken with really nice flavour profile. I'm a friend chicken enthusiast (it borders on an obsession) and this burger really hit the spot. And the fries! Perfect level of crispiness yet soft inside

What an excellent addition to Sooke. My wife and I stopped here and I picked up the burger which was easily the best burger (and I am a bit of aficionado) since the legendary burgers at The Gull in North Van. Really great sandwich menu with inventive sandwiches and excellents fries. Highly recommend.
