This business was used for my residential snow removal. Despite having a contract specifying that the roadway immediately adjacent to the front of my driveway was to be cleared, this work was never done. I called in one time to have this addressed. There didn't seem to be any concern about it and the person who took my call stated that she would make a note of it but nothing changed. I cleared it myself thinking that the workers would get the hint of what is to be cleared but that didn't work. Also, be prepared for a narrower driveway. You can see from the photo that the whole driveway was not done to the edges. Basically, the workers just cleared a path sufficient to state that the job was done. There is a difference between doing a job and doing a job well. I went to extra lengths to have the driveway cleared of vehicles to make the snow clearing easier for the workers.

I had hired them January 1st for snow removal and lawn care. But had nothing but problems right from the beginning. They showed up late at night and didn't do the full job and promised to be back the next morning to complete snow removal but never showed. Damaged my cement trying to ice chip and hitting my cement hard over the course of winter. There was no consistancy of service and when they did show it was stressful.Then met with owner and he promised better services. So decided to give them another shot. Summer wasn't any better. Grass was damaged and did not fulfill promise to repair. I understand staffing is hard but this is not a way to keep business or receive referrals. Instead I'm putting this review to caution others. I rarely leave reviews but I'm super disappointed as I need people who can deliver what they promise and now don't know what I can do.You are a real joke. And your reply is a real joke. After giving you so much chances to rectify your issues, this is such a joke. Good luck with future customers. And good luck with receiving my outstanding $600 that I don't feel I owe you. I will bill you for concrete and grass repairs. And send you a bill for the balance you owe me.And don't you think I kept records and proof of everything including conversations on my security system.

This landscaping company came to do my neighbours lawn (May 20th 3-4pm ish) and decided to blow all the leaves into my backyard. When I addressed the issue with the 4 employees (2 male, 2 female) they tried to act as if they didn’t do such a thing and were quite rude when I requested they kindly clean up their mess from my lawn. Eventually I convinced the taller gentlemen to grab his rake and get it done. Rude employees and lack of concern for others peoples properties, they even left garbage in a bush out front. Their work is subpar and their lack of disrespect and disregard for others was clearly noted.

What a wonderful job your crew did with my Spring Clean Up this year. I have been using your services for 7 years now and each year I have been satisfied with your services. This year the crew went above and beyond with the cleaning and paid attention to every detail. One very happy customer.

It's rare to find a snow removal company that can be so efficient even after the substantial amount of snow we just received in Calgary. My apartment complex has been using their snow removal services for years now and they have always been incredibly dependable in keeping myself and my neighbors safe.In the off chance we have to contact their office for support we are always met with upbeat, personable, and competent staff to solve all of our problems. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for snow removal or ANY seasonal cleanup needs!

I signed a contract with this company for weed control and round up treatment .First they said ASAP they will do the treatment May 15 and today is June 9.I followed up with there administrative 3 times and the last email she promised they willSend the guy to do the application on June 8. Nothing has been done yet and when I called the same lady saying she can just cancel the application. They kept me waiting nearly a month now and they simply cancelled the application. Now I have to find a new company to do this application . This is a mistake from there side and the service is very unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed in the service . The only guranteed service in the website but when it come to real they can’t even do a appointment on right time.

They hire some extremely aggressive drivers. Like the one driving westbound on yellow head at about 620 weaving through traffic going 110 in an 80 zone. Then they almost missed their exit onto Gretzky, but they just weaved over two lanes causing everyone to slam on their brakes nearly causing a pile up. Hire better drivers please.

I am very happy with my snow removal services in Calgary. I will admit I was a bit of a pain as the snow started to fall because I didn't feel prioritized. The office staff was very reassuring and took the time to explain in detail the process and the 24 hour after snow falls clause of my contract. I was aware when I hired them I just didn't consider a 12 hour snowfall.
