Great pet store with lovely bilingual staff, extremely helpful. Pet supplies for whatever critter you need...lots of very healthy choices for dogs and cats...toys...accessories...pet beds...! Loyalty program. Disabled access. Also, the SAQ is right next door, so handy if you need a bottle of wine ;-) Recommend!

Very friendly service and attentive shop keepers. I was able to find the items I was looking for easily.The store was easy to enter. I could bring my dog in. The store was clean and the plexiglass dividers made for a nice customer/clerk seperation.They had a wide variety of dog and cat treats, toys and clothes. They had lots of items for other animals as well.

Update 2 days later: I've been contacted by the head office and their return policy will be clarified from my understanding and they offered their apologies as my refund of the sealed product should have never been refused.I've changed from 3 to 4 stars as I'm happy about the resolution, still disappointed this had to happen.---Original bellow---While I won't stop shopping with PMC, I will think twice before coming to this location. Given a difficult time for a refund and insulted as shoppers in general by one employee. The item was packaged and factory sealed, undamaged packaging. It isn't listed in the exemption for refunds and was purchased the same day.The cashier who refused the refund, brought up her 3 years of experience in the pet shop industry by naming a competitor they've worked for. I'm not at the competitor, I'm at a PMC location. I could've been petty and bring up my 13 years of retail sales experience, instead I'm writting this less than favorable review.It's unfortunate considering this location is down the street from me, I will keep shopping at PMC, maybe just not here.
