Air West Mechanical

I previously gave the company a one star and I wanted to provide an update. I contacted the company after my AC was repaired by different company, not what Air West tech indicated was the issue. The service manager was excellent and appreciated my feedback. I was refunded the total amount with assurances the situation would be looked into.

Great experience with AWM! They did a complete overhaul of my utility room, installing a new furnace and tankless water system. Kris & Frank went above and beyond , installing several new fittings and quality materials right down to the fasteners. There were a lot of extras they took care to address. They were extremely timely and informative to all my questions. I would highly recommend AWM & Kris & Frank!

The owner of this company needs to review his “management”staff. Maybe instead of paying your “managers” so much they should look into hiring people that are worth the money, that want to make working for this company worth it. People that are willing to teach. Instead of just leaving and telling your techs to “figure it out” themselves. How do you think leaving your techs to YouTube something to figure it out looks to your paying customers? Have managers/lead hands that are there to help not just collect their salary and hide away at home

The owner & his managers went out of their way to make sure that I was happy. Shawn even stopped by to make sure the job was done properly when he was driving thru town.

I paid Air West Mechanical to repair my ventilation unit and it's not working. They won't return my calls, and I was told today that they're no longer doing residential work.They said they sent out a novice technician, but still charged me $850. When I complained, they reduced the bill to $600, saying they wouldn't work for me again.When I called to ask them to come back and repair the unit, Crystal accused me of bullying. She said I would not accept no for an answer.My ventilation unit isn't working. I paid Air West to repair the equipment and it isn't repaired.Of course I expect them to come back and do the job right. That's not bullying. That's expecting decent service, for work that was paid for, and not completed.

I would not recommend Air West Mechanical. Very unprofessional staff and poor management. There’s much better options for this service. Their techs are uncertified and inexperienced. The owner really needs to review his unethical business practices.

Marcus came today to do yearly air conditioning maintenance. He was professional, knowledgeable and provided advice on how to keep ac tip top shape.Great job Marcus and thanks Air West Mechanical.
