Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a shop. First time vehicle was left outside with window open, cab had snow in it, after them telling me they were not able to diagnose or reapair the issue unless i went and purchased parts myself and brought them in, at that point they explained they would keep guessing at parts until they got it right.(ford crown victoria) I brought another vehicle here after receiving bad service the fist time (audi s5), trying to give them the benefit of doubt. Car was having some driveline noise and i wanted it diagnosed. They diagnosed it as the transfercase and refused to even check oil levels on the car because he was unsure if they had the oil required. When i explained that i just wanted the levels checked, the shop refused. Another 85 dollar bill for abdolutley nothing. You're better off taking your vehicle to anywhere besides trust auto. The name is a little ironic , isn't it? Trust me, the best thing you can do is avoid this shop.

This was by far the best auto service I’ve received in town. My car was towed to Trust Auto and within a day I was able to find out what was wrong with it. Mo was easy to communicate with and explained everything to me in a way that I’d understand. I was grateful that they were able to fix my car in such a short time without charging me an arm and a leg. Thanks Trust Auto! I’ll definitely be using your services again.

Awesome experiences! So far we’ve taken our truck here 3x and Moe has been so accommodating, squeezing us in last minute, fully explains everything and great pricing. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend Trust Auto!Also, the receptionist is so sweet- that’s a bonus!

This is the only place I will bring my vehicle. I'm in real estate and depend on my vehicle constantly. Moe, the owner goes above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of as quickly as possible.He always takes the time to speak to my Dad, who understands cars better than me. I trust Moe and promised him a great review because he has been so good to me. But honestly I don't want to share him because he's so good. Lol seriously tho. Go here. You will be happy.

Hello, I have just received my car back and it runs a treat. They were prompt, courteous and stayed in touch with me as we located parts and finished up the work. This is the second time that I have had the car in and both repairs came in under the quote. Just got to love that.

My girlfriend’s 2012 Chevrolet Equinox was making a creaking/rattle sound when driving. I took it in to Trust Auto. They test drove it and to my surprise showed me the issue under the hoist in their shop bay. It was just a loose exhaust shield and needed to be bolted down. They were honest and didn’t overcharge me or rip me like some other shops would in this town. I’ll be sure to tell my friends about Trust Auto’s integrity, honesty and customer service. Thank you!
