I had two custom chairs made and absolutely love them. Corey is great to deal with and was extremely patient with all my changes and indecision. Couldn't be happier, and I highly recommend Pallette. A much better experience than dealing with all the big name furniture stores and much faster to get furniture.

I ordered an upholstered bed from Palette a couple of years ago.Last Friday I called the company because my footboard needed to be adjusted. Corey answered the phone himself. Great so I wasn't dealing with secretaries, mixed messages, being passed on to someone else, etc.He addressed my situation quickly and professionally. He said he would send someone within days, and he did. He also said he would have it back in days. My footboard and rails actually came back the very next day. My bed is sooo beautiful.I can honestly say that I have never dealt with someone who is so genuine and true to his words. Dealt with Corey and Joe regarding my mothers Victorian Chair they fixed it and reupholstered it to perfection. What they said is what they did.

They made a King size upholstered black velvet bed and it turned out so beautiful for my 13 year old. Amazing craftsmanship, very sturdy and the headboard was over 70 inches high!! I checked out other places and the quality was not the same. They know how to make great furniture to last. My daughter now has a nicer bed than ours. Amazing work and it took 3 weeks to get this all done. Thank you

An awful experience. Banquette took 6 weeks longer than promised (2.5 months total for a very simple, small banquette) and when it arrived it was completely wrong: two important design features had not been included, the measurements were wrong in both height and length, and it was partially un-upholstered. At pick up, owner charged $800 more than quoted and would not release the item until we paid the new amount. He would also not respond to emails or calls throughout the entire process. Horrible experience from start to finish. Owner's response below is full of downright lies, and of course there was no call or email to ME to rectify this matter. I truly would not risk using this company.

Horrible experience with the manager.He asked me to draw the plans without any contract. I trusted him and he promised to give me the payment. But he did not. I asked him to send me the payment. He just sent me an email that he had sent an e-transfer. I informed him that I did not received any email or any e-transfer.He did not reply me anymore. I am talking about Corey Marozzo"I have all his emails."

The most unethical supplier I have ever used. Sends me an inflated invoice and tries to charge me for storage without telling me that he was going to charge me, and then charges my Canadian Credit card in US dollars even though I have never paid him in US dollars before, and that was never agreed upon. He also didn't bother reading the email with the sizing and made the cushions wrong. Beware
