M’a appeler le jour des travaux à exécuter et m’a dit qu’il serait un peu en retard car il avait une urgence ailleurs mais était très hésitant à savoir quand il allait passer ,donc j’ai annulé afin d’appeler un autre plombier.il a même eux l’audace de me rappeler pour me conter une histoire à dormir debout en m’insultant de façon agressive à savoir qu’en seulement 1 heures il aurait corriger un problème de dégât d’eau majeur sur une personne de 99 ans.est-ce que je dois croire à une histoire aussi farfelu? A noter la raison de 2e appel n’était en fais qu’il ne voulait obtenir, un 5 étoiles à sa cote.

J’ai appelé un plombier pour la première fois dans ma nouvelle maison pis je suis très contente du resultat. Ils ont rénové ma cuisine au complet avec un bon prix, gentil ,super vite, ponctuel etc. Je suis ravi de choisir cette compagnie comme première expérience (puis c’est pas la dernière)

On time for appointment. Liked the work that was performed. Had a leak in the Kitchen drain, he assessed the problem and proceeded with the repair. Minimized the amount of ceiling/ wall cutting that needed to be done,he took exact measurements to locate the position of the drain elbow before cutting through wall - ceiling and kitchen cabinet. Very conscientious about his work, Replaced two cracked drain elbows, Made sure that there were no more leaks before he left. Communicated with us during the repair, showed us the cracked elbows and explained the work that needed to be performed. Total cost was reasonable.
