I purchased a vehicle from their Audi Rochester Hills dealership back in December and still don't have tags/registration. My temporary tags are expired and they won't send me new ones.

I bought and paid for a 2019 Land Rover. After the purchase and before I picked it up I was told there was some type of ownership issue and they canceled the sale. After doing some research I found out that they sold the car for more money to someone else. I would expect in doing business with a Land Rover dealer they would have more respect for their reputation. Buyer beware!

Just picked up my new 2022 Mini Cooper S from Overseas Motors in Windsor. The process from start to finish was easy and comfortable. Everyone we met at the dealership was super friendly. They spoke to me as the buyer, not my husband, which was refreshing! Bozena took the time to explain everything about the car since I'd never driven a Mini before and she made herself available by phone or text for any questions or concerns I had. Extremely happy with my car buying experience.

Upon arrival I was quickly seated by a friendly BMW Sales Consultant whose name is Bozena Zag located at Overseas Motors BMW, 9425 Tecumseh Road East. Rafih Auto Group of Windsor, Ontario made me feel welcomed! The information about a range of different aspects of the business' was great! I believe that Rafih Auto Group are amazing towards their customer's happiness the most. All the staff are as transparent and honest as possible. Come in today to buy your next new or used vehicle!

This was my first buying experience with Overseas Motors. Bozena took great care of me during the entire buying process and went above and beyond to take care of some post purchase issues. Would definitely recommend her for your BMW/Mini vehicle purchase.

I write this review in disappointment about the poor customer service, lack of care, and poor quality that Land Rover London, owned by the Rafih Auto Group, has provided to our family over the past five years. We purchased the first edition of the Range Rover Velar in 2018, only to have ongoing technical issues with the vehicle since day one. The electronics kill the battery and after several batteries and parts replacements, the dealership and Range Rover International has been unable to rectify the issue. Simply stated, the Velar is a 'lemon'. We did our best to work with them to find a solution, including replacing the vehicle, understanding that the vehicle will always have issues. Ethically, we cannot sell the vehicle, as it would be unfair for a future owner to endure what we have experienced. Land Rover London (and the Rafih Auto Group) needs to replace the vehicle. There is no other solution. Instead, they have abandoned us. This is an expensive vehicle and we expected more from the Rafih family and Land Rover London. Sadly, we will never purchase another vehicle from the Rafih Auto Group. If you are thinking of buying a Jaguar Land Rover, do your research. The vehicles are beautiful, but just don't work.

The best Sales Woman I have dealt in whole life. Myself and my wife are very thrilled to have had Bozena helping us purchase the new Mini Cooper. I recommend Bozena to all my friends and whoever wants to purchase a vehicle. She is amazing to work with. When I get a BMW I’m going to her. My wife said Bozena is a lovely sales woman.

Last summer 2021 I walked into Missisauga Chrysler Dodge Jeep on Battleford Rd looking for my Trail Hawk, saw one that I liked and bought it. It must have been the easiest sales that salesman may have had in his Career. There were some issues with the Vehicle that we agreed needed to be addressed. After making many calls to the salesman with no response and a visit to the dealership and got me nowhere. I felt that the dealership was only interested in sales and no follow up or service. I was very dissapointed. I wondered if I made a mistake switching from Ford or should have given my business to another Dealership until I finally made contact with Firaz, the Service Manager and Rodney, the service Advisor. These gentlemen took service beyond my expectations. They were very caring, empathetic, concerned. They restored the excitement I expected from finally owning my dream vehicle.
