DH Customs Broker

This company is no idea what they are doing. They have no idea how to run a business. The owner has no enough customs knowledge. They are not an honest company, they advise us to change the value of the goods. They charge the Safe Food License fee is $1000, but in the market, other customs broker charge only $300. They do not know what are the proper documents should be present to CBSA. The tariff classification always wrong, if you use this broker, please double check the classification. Regarding delivery, We ended up incurring storage charges. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL BRING YOU AND YOUR COMPANY TO GOVERNMENT PENALTY, THEY ARE NOT A QUALIFY CUSTOMS BROKER IN THIS INDUSTRY.

Under the CBSA audit because DH Customs Broker make mistakes on their end. Winson was refused to pay their mistakes and pay the penalty to the CBSA. You pay what you get. Never use them again.

This company is a joke. They have no idea how to run a business. We prepaid for all the services, taxes and duty in advance. Our shipment was stuck in customs hold delay for nearly a week, while our freight company emailed them none stop. We ended up incurring storage charges. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE OR EMAILS AND TAKE TOO LONG TO DO THE JOB. YOU WILL GET FINES IF YOU USE THEM. FIND ANOTHER BROKER. CLARET.CA ARE GOOD.
