Boutique Brides of Crosby

This was my first experience of trying on wedding dresses and I cannot thank Melissa and Ciara enough for making my appointment so special. They were so warm and friendly but also very knowledgeable and made sure I was happy with all the dresses I tried. Thank you so much for helping me find my dream dress!

I rarely give reviews on here, but after today's wonderful appointment with Melissa and Adele, I felt I needed to! My bridal group aren't local so sadly I had to attend the boutique myself which I was quite nervous about, but the ladies quickly made me feel comfortable and were just so friendly and sweet. Such assets to the boutique! The appointment wasn't rushed at all, and they let me try on dresses in all the different styles. Thank you for such a great experience!

The owner Deb and staff member Ciara are such lovely ladies. Really warm and welcoming from the moment we got in touch with them to the time we left the shop after having chosen my perfect dress. They are the only wedding dress boutique I found so far, who were confident and willing to provide me a pristine dress and not something off the peg within such a short frame of time. They are both extremely knowledgeable in what they are doing. I went in the shop entirely unsure of what dress type would look good on my petite frame, but within a few minutes of talking, Deb knew exactly what sort of dress i had envisaged, and what would actually suit me. Within minutes she produced a whole load of beautiful dresses for me to try on. Ciara helped me out to put on the dresses. During the entire process she was so patient, calm and kept infusing me with body positivity. They complement you with so much love and give genuine feedback. They will recommend what is the best for you and not just what is best for them to sell. You can keep trying on the dresses, and they never get tired to produce more. Within the 2.5 hours we spent with them, I felt amazing in their company. Cannot wait for my beautiful dress to come back so that I can meet them again :D

I had a fantastic experience at Boutique Brides of Crosby today, loved every minute of it and chose my dream dress. Sandra and Ciara were amazing! They were so professional and advised me through the whole process, making me feel a million dollars. They listened to what I like and where my wedding is going to be and made suggestions accordingly. I've put a lot of weight on recently to how I normally am and felt self conscious, but they were so body positive and reassuring, effortlessly pinning me into all different dresses, so that I could see how a range of styles would look on me. I chose a dress which looks stunning and is nowhere near the top end of my budget, so I really felt they advised you on what looked best rather than pushing you to spend the most you can. 100% I would recommend this beautiful shop to any future bride, I wasn't rushed in the slightest and tried on loads of different styles before going back to the first dress! Honestly don’t know where to start. After 20 previously failed dress try ons I went to boutique brides quite deflated. You made me feel amazing from the offset. I chose a sample gown, that had never been tried on, and was even promised a replacement would never be ordered. This made my gown totally unique. I can’t explain how amazing I felt on my wedding day and that’s a lot to do with all your help and guidance. The dress was simply perfect. By far the best bridal shop. Thank you thank you thank you! Huge thank you to Sandra & everyone at Boutique Brides who made my wedding dress shopping experience so wonderful. Every time you go in you're made to feel special, we did have a slight issue with the dress at 1 point (no fault of boutique brides) and this was dealt with extremely professionally and quickly showing the great customer service they have. Would 100% recommend to any brides out there looking for a great overall experience, thank you!

In my opinion a 5 star rating probably doesn’t give Boutique Brides of Crosby enough justice, I can’t recommend them enough!Debbie goes above and beyond for all her brides to be, she is passionate about making you happy an comfortable. Making sure you truly feel special for your big day.I would like to thank all the team they really are wonderful! Highly recommended! Melissa and Nikki were amazing. They looked after me and my best friend so well and made me feel so special. Customer service is just outstanding. I found an evening dress that I love but I was on a budget and shop owner Deb were so understanding and helpful. The shop has a huge range of dresses as well. One of the best bridal shop I've ever visited. I lived an hour away from Crosby and it was definitely worth my time. They were so honest and gave me good advise on choices of dresses and alterations too. I had such an amazing experience in this shop last Saturday. A massive thanks to Melissa, Nikki and Deb from the bottom of my heart. You girls are amazing xxx

I was just given the most relaxed, and welcome experience at boutique brides of Crosby. From the second I walked in I was put at ease by Melissa, who was absolutely amazing and clearly passionate about what she was doing! I said yes to the dress on Saturday and Melissa made me feel so excited and answered all of the 10000 questions I had, along with some of the other lovely staff too. I would 100% recommend!
