Took my Dyson canister here to fix a faulty power head. He was honest with me that parts were no longer available but he'd take a look. Got a call 2 days later that it was fixed. Best of all the price was very reasonable. Great service and value.

I called to order a replacement hose for my Miele vacuum. I'm very happy with the service over the phone and the pickup in person. The order process was efficient, part arrived within the quoted time frame and the pickup / payment was quick. Prices are a bit higher than Amazon, but you get genuine parts that actually work! I would go back there if I needed another part for my Miele or Dyson vacuum.

6 weeks to fix due to back ordered partsCustomer service is lacking. They're rude when you call to check on delay. When you mention thatyou've had to purchase another vacuum in the meantime, you're ignored. They follow you out of the store wiping everything with a lysol wipe. Rude. Ridiculous. Paranoid. I had to pay out of pocket for warranty work because I hadn't called Meile prior. I do not recommend.

I have been using KW Vac solution for years. They are always very professional and knowledgeable. I went in recently to get my vacuum fixed. It was a broken belt that the manufacturer did not have in stock as it’s an older model. Instead of trying to sell me a new vacuum he called other vacuum places and was able to find me a belt from another store. He went above and beyond for me! I highly recommend them!
