Big changes! The new owners and management have done a great job fixing this place. The staff is friendly! like always the bays are warm and well illuminated. The new chemical is amazing and does a great job in less time. It’s awesome that the chemical is sourced locally! Good work guys keep it up!

We had a filthy car as we travelled hwy 47 from 48. It had rained and the car was coated in a cement like dirt. It took a few washes, not because of the car wash. It was a dirty job.

Great experience all the employees are nicer then you could imagine. Love the new smells and soaps. Best Carwash in town nowadays

Great customer service and great wash bays. 10/10 would recommend trying it out or giving it another try if you had a bad experience in the past the new owners are making some great changes.

Good pressure and a person on staff for change or products you mite need. As well as a pet wash station and you can use a credit card in the machines instead of finding change.

I like that they take credit cards, so no fumbling for change. The bug wash worked great on all the bugs that I picked up on my travels.

Was yelled at by what I'm assuming was a manager for using a cloth to get bugs off the front of my car after already spending $7 just to rinse and soap the car, I was intending on spending more to finish after I removed the bugs but just gave it a quick rinse and left. I've used this facility multiple times before and have spent around $15 everytime but will definitely NOT be back. Is this really how you're going to treat paying customers? I'll be letting everyone know to avoid this place like the plague.

If you want to experience a “Karen” please visit this place. The I’m assuming manager. Is a women. A Rude person is a understatement to say. Multiple horrible experiences with this women. And I’m forsure NOT the only person to enjoy the wonderful presence of this lady… (please catch the sarcasm there). Your better off to go after hours when she’s not around. Sad unfortunately your customer service is so bad it would even make people consider only coming after hours when your not around. If you live in the area. And asked of this lady. you’d hear the same thing with similar bad experiences dealing with her. In all honesty Great car wash. Horrible person to have to experience with. Maybe get another job you enjoy.

Have used this car wash many times. RUDE employee who was not helpful in any way. She had been Bothered by any questions and unavailable for assistance in the rare occasions it is needed. Went to Matt's Car wash for the first time in many years after the same female (manager?) at Fast Track refused to close a door on a windy day so I wouldn't get bug remover in my face. The service at Matt's was actual service" and pleasant and helpful. I will never return to fast track auto."

The foaming presoak is where it's at. Melts away all the road snot. Also the hybrid ceramic wax keeps my rides flossed.
