We went on a Monday morning without a reservation, once they knew that we drove from New Jersey to spend few hours at their spa and have the experience they were kind enough and allowed us to walk in after a couple canceled their reservation for that morning, the parking lot at the location was full so they asked us to park somewhere else and their minivan was waiting for us to pick us up and bring us to the spa and to take us once we were done. We spend 3 hours and we enjoyed almost every hot tub and sauna and even the cold pools, there were signs everywhere to remind the clients to lower their voices, there was no one speaking loud, the place is very clean and the staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed it, we wanted to have this experience since their was snow everywhere still and also cold outside so it was cool a wonderful to be able to enjoy a hot tub outside in the middle of a snowy weather. I do recommend it but make sure you make a reservation before you go.

A magical place (when its not too crowded)The place is stunning, pools and spa are always clean even the premise and rooms are clean too. Service is okay , you need to bring everything with you as they dont offer you anything : towel, slippers or bath robe you need to bring all of that and that’s why I put 4 stars. There are so many places to sit, outdoors and indoors, best time to go is 5-7 pm as you get to see day/night experience (the outdoor area at night is amazing)The massage was great, I highly recommend it

Tranquil Atmosphere, but Mediocre MassageRating: ⭐⭐⭐I recently visited Spa Finlandais à Rosemère, Quebec, and while I enjoyed the calm and relaxing ambiance, I couldn't help but feel slightly underwhelmed by the massage experience.Let's start with the positives - the spa's tranquil atmosphere truly sets the stage for a peaceful escape. The soothing decor, gentle lighting, and serene surroundings instantly put you at ease. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt a wave of relaxation wash over me.The staff members were courteous and attentive, creating a welcoming environment. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and offered a range of amenities to enhance the spa experience. I particularly enjoyed the various saunas, pools, and hot tubs available, which added to the overall relaxation factor. However, when it comes to the massage itself, I must admit that it fell short of my expectations. While the therapist was professional and tried their best, the overall quality and technique of the massage left much to be desired. It lacked the skillful touch and deep muscle release that I typically seek in a spa session. Considering the price I paid, I expected a higher level of expertise and a more memorable experience.Although I appreciate the efforts made to create a calming ambiance and the courteous service provided, the massage aspect of the visit left me feeling somewhat disappointed. I believe that a spa experience should be holistic, encompassing both the environment and the quality of the treatments offered. In this regard, I felt that Spa Finlandais à Rosemère fell short.Overall, if you're seeking a serene retreat and a peaceful environment, Spa Finlandais à Rosemère is definitely worth a visit once . However, if you're primarily focused on receiving a top-notch massage, it might be worth exploring other options that can provide a more satisfying experience for the price.

It used to be a great spa, unfortunately, since covid quality has decreased considerably. As much as for the quality services, staff (inexperienced) and NO relaxing ambiance. The reception is incredibly loud and silence policy is a JOKE. I have seen people drunk in the sauna, ppl talking non stop without no one intervening. Sometimes water in the hot tubs is warmish so you get cold easily. Affordable compare with other spas like Bota Bota (Old Port) or Strom(îles des sœurs) and relatively close from Montreal too (passed Laval). They offer a full day access or by booking a treatment it's included which is interesting. The place charges you EXTRA for the towel and bathrobe (10$) plus ANOTHER EXTRA of 1$ EACH TIME you need to change the towel if it's soak. It's extremely cheap considering treatments are no less than 125$+ /person. Especially when I know place has closed, renewed and redo the installations several times since 2016. The parking is usually full so you have to park across the street or next to a restaurant. They should prioritize customers with treatments or full day access. MEDIOCRE SERVICE from the manager Gabriel, they steal your money saying funds are only freeze" but there's still an error while booking and reservation is never completed and refuse to give a refund receipt. The place is a fraud!NOTE: The urban Scandinavian Nordic spa always offer you sandals

My 1st thermal spa experience in Montreal. We went on Monday morning, we enjoy the variety of massage pools, sauna rooms, steam rooms and even relaxation rooms. It's clean and not too crowded. There are two stand alone sauna which we can view the river...I think it will be more beautiful in spring or fall. I really enjoy the Turkish steam sauna which the lighting is great, and with the ice pool inside the steam room. As well as the Egyptian aroma sauna...smell sooo good! The changing room has lots of lockers and dryers. It will be nice if they have better shower gels and shampoos.I will definitely visit again with my friends. Hope people who try Spa Finlandais will also have a great experience like me ♡.

Very nice experience. A 4 hour package is enough you don’t have to book a full day. It was busier than usual, since it was during the school winter break. I think it’s less busy providing a better experience on any other week apart holiday. That’s when I’m planning to go back. On a side note they might ask you to park in another parking lot but you will be escorted in their shuttle. Not ideal but doesn’t bother.

Amazing and incredibly relaxing. It was suggested to me by several family members and it didn’t disappoint. My wife and I went for a half day on our anniversary just to try it out. We were pleasantly surprised after we said it was our anniversary that we got a nice voucher to the cafe. We’ll be back again
