I visit Starbucks daily but first te in this location and I'm not happyIt's smells bad inside and the cashier wasn't helpful he told I'm picky about my coffeeFirst time I hear that in Starbucks ever wasn't taste good and he remade it also wasn't good usually Starbucks employees are well trained

Music is way too loud. Average is 75db which is city traffic loud.The staff wouldn't notice 'cause it's way less where they work. But in the area where people hang out, it's super, super loud.Staff are average friendly for Starbucks. The lighting is very dark even for a Starbucks. Won't be coming back.

Mobile orders are always ready before the anticipated time. Very friendly staff. I usually go in with my stroller and it's annoying that the button to open the door doesn't always work.

There is one staff person (tall, average size young women with black haired ponytail - will get her name next time) who constantly trying to overkill Starbucks business and clientele. Happened few times with us, our family and friends. She keeps offending clients with variety of COVID commentary that isn't necessary anymore. She will find herself asking to pull mask tighter, stand further away in the corner (mind that we are all social distancing and trying out best to protect!) or approach kids by lecturing them about their masks covering noses. It gets extremely uncomfortable for clients and guests who come with good energy and expect good service from staff. She either needs to relax a little bit and get a COVID pill or not to work in this environment surrounded by people if she is so afraid. Most of us are vaccinated and help our best to fight it. There is no need to offend people even more.

I love this place. Service is always so nice and friendly. You can talk and get advice according your order. I recommend my recently the most often drink - cool matcha green latte with some additions and toppings. You may ask for that.

Friendly staff and efficient, but I arrived just as 2 of the staff went to break and the other 2 were overwhelmed with mobile orders - some of which sat waiting on the counter quite a while before anyone came to claim them, even though walk in business had to wait even longer. Hope corporate clarifies the mobile order issues soon. The staff handled the backup with grace.

Staff were visibly upset that I came in to have a coffee and dessert at 7:40..20 minutes before closing. The picture menu was removed so I asked what baked goods were available. The reply was what are you looking for?" I stayed that I need to know some options. Reluctantly
