Always forgetting stuff and doing my order wrong and the wait is is up to an hour sometimes the ice coffee's taste gross ice capps are good tho

Terrible service. Line up takes forever, hot drinks always cold, always forgetting my order, they even put my freshly dipped donuts upside down in a box and I found hair on my hashbrown this morning.

Never had any issues here despite some of these negative reviews. Staff has always been super friendly. Definitely not their fault if the lines are long, they're new to the area and busy. If the line is long I just park and go inside, no issues. Great to have a tims so close to home, will continue to visit this location for both food and beverages.
