David is amazing. He has a big heart ,He is honest .I highly recommend this establishment for all your printer needs and computer repair. Great service and good prices each time .He refill my cartridges 3 times and he charge me just once. He knows what he is doing, and also give useful advice to help their customers to maintain their printer. He was very patient with me explain every detail .

I have received nothing less than great service at this location. Very impressed with this local company. Knowledgeable, friendly, and I got great service for both my home and business printers. These guys always have the ink cartridges I need in stock.They helped me understand how to keep my printers from drying out over the summer by giving me great tips!I think that this kind of service is hard to beat. I know where I am getting my inks from now on!

I went here a while ago not knowing anything about refillable ink cartridges and such, but after a brief chat with the owner I found myself completely informed and satisfied, he went far and beyond the usual sales pitch chit chat and really went the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed in a professional and courteous manner. I will certainly be returning regularly.

Best service I got in the Refill shop ever. David was very patient with me explain every detail and gave me an instructions how to keep my printer and cartridges clean. I highly recommend him, his work and attention to detail is top notch. Overall, I recommend this shop.

The gentleman who owns this store is very knowledgeable and was most generous with his advice to help me resolve some issues with my printer. And, of course, the cartridge he refilled worked flawlessly. He will certainly keep getting my refill business and I believe I will seek his opinions in the future if I ever need a new printer.
