The last 3 times I waited between 15-20 min and this time watched at least 20 orders go ahead, I over heard a cook say if this is how they are going to schedule us this is the times they'll get, meanwhile she was offered help by another employee and she said Hell's No"There was at least 8 people behind counter

Great place to shop! Warm atmosphere for the family if you're headed home or Blue Mountain skiing to have fun. The food is great & fast! Plenty of space to park! The place is clean! So come with the family and have fun!!!

If I wanted to park and wait for my food I would order it that way. I haven't gotten my food at the window for the past 8 or so times I've been there even when there is no one else in line

It's on one of the worst streets for being busy. But the food and service are great! The drive thru is pretty fast compared to most in Listowel. But I tend to avoid because I hate turning back onto the road it's so busy.

Johann is the best employee I’ve ever run into at any fast food chain especially McDonalds. Tonight Johann brightened my night by greeting me by name at the door even though it was almost closing time Johann toke the time out of his busy schedule to serve us with a pleasant attitude and a nice grin. Johann has officially become my favourite person to ever work at a McDonalds

As we live in Listowel Ontario we frequent the McDonald’s.This McDonald’s is totally disorganized from the cashiers order to the communication of the kitchen to make what’s been ordered.On my last visit I ordered 12 one dozen brownie cookies, 30 minutes later I asked the manager what’s happening withMy order. Her response the cookies take 2 minutes to bake then in a box and your done. Not the cashier or the kitchen workers baked the cookies, there’s just something missing at this McDonald’s location.I then ordered a soft ice cream cone, the ice cream had the paper in it from the previous cone. Omg this place needs work very frustrating. It was the replaced.Also other McDonald’s I have been two they use the receipt numbering system to serve there Clients, at this location they are not normally working therefore my order is forgotten or just lostThanksMark

Extreme wait times for the most popular items. Arrived with no others in line, by the time the food arrived there were 3 others waiting behind me, deliberately ordered popular items to avoid a delay, but does not seem to matter
