I would first like to start by thanking Millcreek Bath & Kitchen for the great service from the point of window shopping, selection of inventory, to purchasing and pick up of all Bathroom materials. They were efficient and cost-effective on all angles with a wide array of knowledge on luxury bath fixtures. We had our Dream Master Bathroom designed and finished with the aide of Suman at Millcreek.We purchased Riobel's shower and bath kit, faucets, rainhead from Carimali, free-standing tub, Vovo smart toilet, integrated smart light with defrosting mirror and bath accessories. She worked tirelessly without any complaints of how much time we took, (and I am a very particular person when it comes to perfection) to ensure we chose the right product and finishes. Millcreek Bath & Kitchen will go beyond expectations to make sure you're experience will be a smooth and stressless one.Honestly, I'm not one to post reviews but for Millcreek, they deserve a round of applause for such a great experience. We bought our Neptune Florence tub and Fleurco Novara shower doors from Mill Creek. We saved hundreds on each over the best prices we could find anywhere else so it was well worth the drive. Great communication and response rate from them, and they helped us right away when a Fleurco part was missing. It was a great experience altogether and I would not hesitate to deal with Mill Creek again!

They were quick to sell us two vanities for our bathroom although they were less than attentive and lacking in customer service. Now after a few months one of the drawer slides failed and although I contacted them on several occasions they have not come up with a solution. They said they would get back to me but never have. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Customer support is an important part of any reputable business that this place seems to totally ignore

Nice family run business, offering excellent value on quality fixtures! Friendly, informative, no pressure environment with a great selection. Purchased our bath tub, tub filler, vanity, faucets and full shower system for less than what we where quoted on same items elsewhere. Highly recommend them. We will definitely buy from them again, when we update our guest bathroom.
