I did not have a good experience at this location and will not give okay tire business again. I was a repeat customer, I purchased new tires, went in with my vehicle with no problems, once finished i got in my Van and engine was on, I asked the manager and the mechanic wanted to say it was on, i assured them it was never on and my vehicle is serviced. The mechanic went back out and took my vehicle back to the garage, pulled away with disrespect of my property. I advised the manager of what I witness and he said its my word against all of them, never been so disrespected and upset. This was Sydney River Okay Tire.Take care.

Called and had a appointment when I got there was told wasn't gonna get in for an hour waited the hour and still nothing almost another hour later was told couldn't do any of the things I asked. this was my first time actually getting an appointment here because they also never answer the phone and the service was very poor the guy was rude.

May be the laziest, most excuse filled people I have ever met. Couldn't spare two minutes to mount a tire I brought in to have the valve stem fixed. For $25 you would think at least they can put it back on the car. I recommend ... going elsewhere.

Finally found a place that doesn't try to price gouge you. They were upfront and explained what needed to be done. But at the same time said I had time before I needed it completed. Very friendly service and wait time was minimal. Definitely found my car place

I went in for an Oil Change and wheel alignment for the alignment I was told that I would need over $600.00 in work completed to do the alignment. Went to another alignment shop and had it done for less then $200.00. AVOID this place or at least get a second opinion. Not to mention they spilled oil all over my drive belt and my vehicle squealed like crazy I went back right away, was basically laughed at and their solution was to spray break cleaner all over my drive belt. Very unprofessional, immature employees and bad service all around.

Made an appointment Friday, to “change my tires and take a look at my rear driver brake” buddy says “ok drop it off first thing Monday” today being Monday I took it in at 8 am, and told him my tires and my rear brake” and he repeated back only about my brakes, 8 hours later I finally get my car and all they did was fix the brake and he goes “all that was wrong with it was whoever did you brakes last didn’t adjust it right”. That wasn’t even why I was there, I was there for my tires. I won’t be going back, and I suggest people just find somebody else. It’s not worth it.
