Good grief... what an exercise in frustration. Original inquiry send via their website in December 2020, almost 2 months before some responded from Calgary. In May I told them to p!ss off, I would get what I needed from their US operations or Ali Baba. I'm shocked I'm being asked to review this sorry example of mediocrity. The one star is generous... zero/no stars (or less) aren't an option.
