Fantastic service. Staff were very knowledgeable, and helpful. We stopped in late on a Sunday, just before closing and they took all the time we needed, providing choices and explaining everything. Excellent service.

We needed a bed right away so went into The Brick in Rocky Mountain House. Paige was right there to greet us and find out what we were looking for. She was fast, efficient, let us know our options and provided great information on what was available. We could not have asked for better service.

I have spent quite a lot of time at the brick recently... I made some purchases for my living room, and then a few days later I had to come in for a new washing machine... and then a dryer!I cannot even begin to express the kindness and efficiency I experienced. My entertainment system had a factory defect and they did everything in their power to ensure I had a brand new one quickly. When my new dryer didn't fit into the closet, they helped me return the old one, and find one that would.I cannot even begin to imagine the headache it would have caused if I did not buy local. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful store in rocky. Thank you so much to Jesse, April, Paige, and the lady at the customer service desk... Thank you all so much!

I purchased my oven through April. She was extremely helpful throughout the process. She offered many different options. She was also helpful following the sale when I inquired with further questions. The entire process was seamless, easy, and stress free. Highly recommended!

Customer service was awesome! The sales associate (Paige) took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for and even got us a deal while she was at it. It was a very comfortable environment with no pushy sales vibe, just helpful service.

Just purchased a beautiful table but unfortunately couldn’t get the table base in time to give the table to my wife for Valentine’s Day. *April* our sales person was awesome to deal with! She called around finding us a base for the table and got it shipped sooner than expected to surprise my wife before Valentine’s Day!. awesome customer service. I Highly recommend.
