Greg was an excellent voice of reason at the end of a tough week for us.Our sale did not close as planned. Even though our purchasers requested an extension they ignored our repeated attempts at negotiation by our lawyer.After a week of no contact we decided to re-list the property. Our real estate representatives recommended that we speak to Greg before signing a listing.Greg felt strongly that that the sale may be salvaged and recommended that he contact our solicitor for details and then send out a demand letter to the purchasers legal counsel. There was a fair bit of communication between our solicitor and Greg, however, before an official demand letter had been sent the absent purchasers surfaced and the transaction took place the next day.We contacted Greg to request an invoice for his time on the file, and he congratulated us on the outcome and said he hadn't spent very much time on the file so there was no invoice required.We recommend Greg very highly!Joanne and Elaine
