Ordered a back tire at the beginning of the summer for a VT1100C. Set up an installation date and have been happy since.Great price and service .Very nice people.Just ordering the front tire today.

Cheryl and John did a great job, from booking to delivery. Good collection of new and used bikes.

So my first experience with Laps cycle was helping a friend pick up a quad that was brought in to be over hauled and fixed. The family even paid laps to pick it up.Firstly they would not do the repairs with out up front payment.In reviewing the bill they over billed items, and yes they corrected it when we showed them.Then they return the bike with a still blown out rear end.Sorry we didn't notice that, we were told.I would not have even taken the time to write this but just now i called in to ask about some specific parts for a china bike they sold for 1200 dollars last Christmas that has broken and crapped out more times then i can count.The rear Metal 18mm Hole Dia Motorcycle Chain Axle Adjuster is what i asked for, for the 70cc china bike they sold us.They lady said i have to bring the part in to show her, she has a bike sitting there to go look at. Or at the least if the bike sold she has a parts manual or online resource.I went to Clare's Cycle & Sports Ltd looking for a part for my big bike and thy went to the show room and removed what i needed without me even asking. This is what service is!!Then she said she had to order it any way, why would she not offer to remove the one on show room floor and replace it with the ordered one.I didn't even ask the price but i assume she'd of said 30 dollars, i think this because the four dollar ignition switch they charged 30 dollars.The 12 dollar chain the charged 30 dollars.All this after we spent thousands to re do a quad that still needs work!!?!?!In the end i know people like different places for different reasons.I don't like this place because i find them untrustworthy and not helpful.I am currently looking for a 2018 450 debating on the r versus the rx.I will not be buying any thing from Lapp Cycle & Parts Ltd.RegardsP.S John At Just Revive it. Amazing honest service at fair market prices.They are very upfront with every thing and i think there advantage is the person doing the phones and billings understands the works and industry.OrClare's Cycle if you want something new.

Went to get key for a Honda ATV, was told I would have to get the ignition switch. Ordered it and then found the key I had been looking for. Called Lapps and was told that even though the order had not been delivered, it could not be canceled. She struggled to try to think of an explanation, but wouldn’t even try to cancel it. What a way to do business.

Called to inquire about a zero turn mower. The lady on the phone couldn't even bother to tell me what they had in stock or even to recommend anything. Poor customer service. I'll be taking my business to the next closest dealer where my business is appreciated!

Could have better customer service, needed a couple parts to be ordered for my chainsaw and they wouldn't even take the time to look up parts for equipment they sell, but place down the road went above and beyond to get me what I needed

Disappointed. Wouldn't help me with a tire I was having issues installing on my rim. Asked if I had bought it there, and when I said no, told me they couldn't help me.Was looking at dirt bikes for my son, as well. Didn't bother asking about any, I'm not interested in being a customer.

Don't go to this place if you need work done to a lawnmower. If its not fixed right (and it wont be) - too bad - you wont get any of your cash back. Then you get the song and dance from counter lady.Its a convenient place to by parts from but forget about service

Not a serious shop at all. That lady that answers is a joke. Not helpful, sounds like she doesn't give 2 issh about the shop. Total waste for time and wouldn't recommend them. I rather go to clare's and all the way in Hamilton before dealing with these low lives
