Too bad you can’t give negative stars. Just had a delivery to the door and after 2 rings and me running to the door (was working in the backyard) the postal employee shook his head and wouldn’t even look at me. I asked him why he shook his head and no answer. This is absolutely ridiculous service and the Georgetown postal service should be ashamed.

I like how I can pick up my packages from the office but I wish they didn’t close at 5pm everyday as some people don’t get off work until 5pm giving them no time to pick up packages as you close your doors at 4:40pm.Very friendly staff just wish they were open longer

They were delivering to mail to all the community mailboxes around us, but not ours. They also delivered a package next door while mine was out for delivery and didn't deliver mine.Edit - happening again , 5 days. Maybe its always like this but haven't noticed until I had important mail coming .

I cannot tell you how frustrating it is when I check the tracking of my package and it tells me that my package has been delivered, but when I walk to the mail box to check, it's not there. Today marks the 4th time in the past 2 months that this has happened to me. There should be a policy in place where the drivers cannot scan the delivered item" until it is actually delivered. This is in the Stewarttown area."

very bad timing.. i bought new home and i have to pick my key from there.. but me and my wife work from 6am to 5pm… and close on Saturday and Sunday…and we can’t take holiday right now due to corona its very busy..at-least they should open on Saturday still 1 pm.. they should improve it

Lazy delivery agents are under the impression that attempting to deliver packages to homes is optional. They just dump the cannot deliver" slips in the community mailbox without even bothering to come to the house. Management makes no attempt to correct these issues

This place is a historical relic. Building is probably 60 years old, maybe one of the original in Georgetown. Have to give 5 stars simply for the nostalgia! Reminds me of post offices up north when I grew up. Hop in time machine and come here.
