Absolutely useless online ordering and collection process from this store. They say it's in stock,.wait all day for collection email, get email at end of day saying Order Cancelled due to lack of inventory. Which is great as the item was needed for a job starting 7.30am the next day.Charges still sitting on my credit card NOT cancelled. No reply to customer service emails. Absolutely useless and palpably hostile online 'customer service'.Avoid. Use RONA. Always helpful, MUCH better prices.

A big Home Depot. I can get lumber here, oak posts for building our staircase. People there generally wear masks. The staff are helpful. There are home sense, IGA, Best Buys and Michaels close by. It’s a very convenient stop where you can buy everything.

My husband went in today because we had to return a gas range that didn’t meet safety requirements for our kitchen. We recently moved so he went to get his refund as instructed by customer service. As an anglophone, he is able to speak French very well, yet employees were pretending not to know what he was saying. They never made any effort to speak to him in English, or help in anyway and kept talking French to him not appreciating his effort (I myself am a French Canadian and my husband speaks good French, just with an English accent. ) this man is from western Canada and was in the military for 34 years and is bilingual. I don’t understand living on the Ontario Quebec border why this is often the case. The girl even had the nerve to give him attitude. Wished I would have been there and call them out. They are there to serve all customers! Not just French ones.

Great customer service. I had bought a chainsaw 3 weeks ago from another Home Depot and used it once and it worked for 10 minutes. They took it back no problem/ no hassle. We then went to look for another chainsaw and a lawnmower. Gaston helped us make the choices explaining the differences between the different models. He also stayed with us through the cash and helped us get them into our car. I definitely would go back to this Home Depot location again.

Went shopping for a dishwasher and stove. Sadly price was not the same on their site as in store. Could not buy online and ship in july either. Will pick it up this Tuesday in order to get in store deal and store it in my garage till moving day.

This store usually has at least one version and often far more or any type of item, tools, lighting, heating, bathrooms, outdoors, etc. Most of the sales folks know the store and if they aren't sure they will steer you to someone who does. I've only given 4 stars as there have been times where I felt that I could have wandered in the store for hours without seeing a clerk or sales person - perhaps there are shift changes that I happen to constantly hit, but their staffing coverage could be improved.
