Bought my Scrambler here from Stuart. Great service. And great experience from start to finish. I have been back there many times to buy more gear and am already looking at a 1260 Multistrada for next year!I recently had my 1000km service and that was a great experience. Had a chance to speak to the mechanic about some basic new owner questions and he was so helpful.Bottom line is these guys care about you as a customer and a motor cycle enthusiast and Stuart Nichol (sales) has been amazing and it’s always so good to chat with him!

This isn't my first review with Ducati Richmond. Let me begin by saying, this is my 3rd year as a loyal client.Each of the team members from Alfred, Stuart, Jason, Rory all treat me like I'm part of their family.What I love about these guys, you don't have to walk in with Gucci shoes or have a pretentious image to get service. They are very down to earth and I love these guys, because they are all genuine and focused on customer service.They really make the effort to learn about their clients and remember who they are.Ducati Richmond, is the best in the lower mainland.

Exquisite service, Stuart was incredible, right from the start it was unlike any other dealership. They brought me in. Kindly, softly and showed me a bike who had a family attached to it. (Buy a bike with real support.)I bought a beautiful, white and red Panigale V2. Super bike is an understatement. Moto GP ready is more like it.This bike ride corners like crazy. Sticks to the ground, i cant take it past 6000 rpm till 500 kms they told me but ive snapped it to 7000 by accident a few times and at 5000 rpm it comes alive.Its insane the ability this bike is straight out of the gate.This is the first of many in a fleetThey met all our criteria and then a whole lot more.The parts team was so easy to deal with, as was apparel. I have been a customer since 2021 after a purchase of a panigale v2. My experience with this location could not have been better. All the staff, such as Stuart, Jason, and Alfred to name a few, were readily available to assist in any way. They offered professional advice in finding the suitable bike, maintaining it, as well as modifications to it. Jason, from the parts department, gives the best deals and pricing. They always provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere so they are my go-to recommendation when I know someone is in need for a new bike.The staff from the gear and clothing department are just as exceptional. I’ve purchased a few pieces over the years and was never disappointed.
