I've worked with Brennan Wells and his team. It was easy to set up the rental service and billing with them. Any questions I've had for Brennan have been dealt with promptly and he's always a pleasure to talk to. They offer excellent, timely service and have left us feeling secure in our decision to choose Leavitt for our forklift rentals and servicing needs.

We ordered a used forklift from their warehouse in February with expected delivery April 1st (we needed it to assist in warehouse construction on this date). 20,000$ it cost and in the run up to closing the deal we got 2 emails a day from the sales rep. As soon as they got our money they went silent and we couldnt even get a hold of them. Come late March we tried to coordinate the delivery of the forklift, we couldnt reach anyone because the guy who sold us it quit. Then half way through able when we finally got a hold of someone they tell us that the battery charger was defective and that they not only wouldnt be delivering forklift until may, but couldnt deliver battery charger until an undisclosed later date. This has been a horrendous experience that has drastically impacted our ability to do business. They did offer to pay for a rental forklift (after we asked) to get us by, the problem is we have narrow aisles and narrow aisle forklists arent as common and cannot be rented, thus we are immobilized by pallets not on racks. This company needs to improve their customer communication and make sure they know what they are selling and not point out defects AFTER (3 months after) as sale is made.

Our company bought two forklifts from Levitt. Craig Estey was our sales rep. He communicated all pertinent points very clearly and insured all terms of our purchase contract were upheld. Delivery went smoothly, including drying off the lifts prior to our use. I strongly recommend Levitt and Craig for services they have to offer

Craig Estey is my sales rep, and he continually goes above and beyond for me. No issue is ever too minor to address, and he makes it his job to make sure everything goes smoothly for us, from service to billing to training. Today I needed to rent a manlift, his reply is no problem it will be right there. And when I had to change my request to get a different kind right after he had confirmed the first one- well there is no hesitation, there is no bad attitude, there is only the total willingness to make sure that Leavitt can provide the solution to our problem. If Craig ever has a bad day he does not let it show. Thank you Craig, truly, for your dedication and hard work. You make my life a lot easier!!!

Worked with Craig Estey on the purchase of a new Hyundai forklift. Had great communication throughout the process. Overall great experience with Leavitt on new and used equipment. We receive prompt maintenance and repairs on the older forklifts we have as well.
