Had to buy a new water softener unit. Called Sandy at the Water Depot who immediately set up a day and time for Dave to come and replace the unit. Dave was very cheerful, helpful and careful. He installed the unit in good time with no mess. Excellent customer service.

Had the water Depot out for service today Everything went really well.Jeff was so helpful and the staff are fantastic.Had a carb blocker put in and next is a new softener.Thanks again

Approx year and a half dave suggested that before he touch our water system i had too finish completion what needed to be done....so i contacted warer depo attention dave and never heard from him or the company....yes water systems where still warranty but on a fine line. A kind person from reliance came and removed water depo disaster. Water depo alliston needs the money scam.

Warning to people purchasing items here. Each water depot is individually owned and pricing varies from location to location. One example is the Iron Fighter salt. The location in Alliston charges $2.50 MORE per bag compared to the location in Barrie. It may not seem like much at only 2.50 but multiply that over a years worth and it large.The takeaway here: shop around !
