Many years ago I met Linda at an open house. I was not interested in her as an agent as I found her a bit pushy. She ended up getting some information on schooling for me and out of appreciation I made the mistake of hiring her to sell my house.I was selling under distress and a single mother as she was aware. I counted on that money and needed it. She made a very nice profit on an easy sale. I found her skills to be average and we had different views on the best way to sell. I wanted to do open houses and she did one reluctanly as she wasn't keen on the distant(25 minute drive) to come and do it.My main complaint tho is she was dishonest. We agreed I would get cash back from the sale. When asked if I wanted it in writing I said no that I trusted her. It was to be approximately $1000.As the sale dragged on we had more disagreements and she became very unprofessional. When the sale happened she denied the cash back agreement. When I phoned her very upset wanting the money she knew she had promised me she argued with me and was so rude to me. Linda would call and yell at me for telling her boss what happened and it got to the point that I had to have her boss get her to stop all contact with me. In the end her boss said that without the agreement in writing I couldn't get the cash back.I really needed the money and I trusted her. It was a hard lesson to learn and after just driving by and seeing her office it all came back to me as it has many times over the years. Now, thank goodness we have Google reviews to keep people honest. Altho, I like to think most people are honest because, it's in their conscious to be that way.Linda wasn't.In the end Linda knows what she did and she is the one that has to live with herself.I didn't deserve what Linda put me through or to be cheated of the money she owed me. Some people do the right thing because it's the right thing to do. Some people don't.

10/10 guys was super helpful with the sale of our home! Always answered calls quickly and talked me through everything I questioned. He also helped find me ans my wife a beautiful home. Thanks Frank!

My family had such a pleasant experience with Nicole! She really went above and beyond, as we were looking for a home out of her normal area. Despite this, she made herself readily available, and helped us find an amazing home! Would highly recommend her to anyone :)

We just used Frank Burgio to purchase our new home and could not be happier with the service we received and the results!! The home we wanted was priced really low and they were holding offers, Frank explained every scenario to us and recommended making an aggressive move to avoid competition based on the activity the home was getting. We trusted his advice and it totally worked! We got the home we wanted. After the purchase we now had to sell our condo, he came to our home and explained the selling process step by step and made us feel completely comfortable, we could tell he would get it done for us. Needless to say our condo sold fast and we are extremely happy we used Frank to buy and sell our home. Highly Recommend him especially if you are selling a condo in the Bistro 6 Complex. Zack Fleming is the absolute best! He was thorough, extremely responsive (I literally was able to reach him any time of day), had so much energy, was professional and great to work with. He kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. He was honest and upfront- and when I started to get discouraged from the fierce competition he stayed positive and found us our perfect family home (BELOW asking!!). He was our agent for about 4 months and now we consider him our great friend.
