Dollarama

Store doesnt have a lot of what the other stores do its tight and crampted inside the staff is rude and follow you all over the place

Purchased this box of clay which already went hard and useless. Call in said no refund no exchange. He said I can report to whoever I want.

To a measure the Dollarama is a great to shop. The excuse of individuals that the stocks like chocolat bar or anything else and absurd and to be ignored. You will find that the complex choices are broad and inexpensive. Would you like to find a sturdy unbrella at 4$ at least if you loose it or forget it in the bus. It is not as frustrating as a 25-30 $ unbrella from the drug store or other fancied priced stores!!! there are a panoply of decent products one can acquire from the Dollorama which are sturdy and durable. Yes there are items that you may call worthless or do not last long. But again in does the Job seeing it is and would be more fustrating to you and I when it break down at a substantial price in your eyes. Some items that are a lot more expensives in stores like Canadian Tire, Chapters, The Bay,Sears , Save on food etc... You have to shop and try product and test. Must canned and pickeld items are cheaper to get at the Dolllarama. Now again check the weight and amount for Prices. For example the oval can of pressed ham is more advised because the small can of 360 or more grams is expensive for 1.50 or more while you get above the amount in a 3.00$ in a oval can of pressed ham. Door hangers for cleaning product go for 4.00$ while fancy place for interior designs sell the very same item for 30,00$ approx.!!! Now some of the difference I have found else where. Like Coconut milk in Can is better at the Frill seeing that a can is 79 cents while the dollorama go for 1.25$ I have puchase two books on travelling country like China and Brazil for 8.00$ if bought in store like Chapters or other book stores you would pay over the 50$ dollars rang !! Buying two singles paper roll come to 2.50$ while a bag of two with cost you 3.50$ ! So you have to shop and browse in your spare time just to see the new stock coupled with other well renowned stores. Do not limit yourself for one location dollorama. Move around a few in your earea. Expand your area focus.

I really like to buy items there very close to where I live and the people who works there are very polite. Very well organized and neat easy to find the items you need/want. Good reasonable prices too.

It's an ok store. Prices are sometimes a little high for dollar store stuff, and items stocked don't always make sense (ex. Only 8mm glue gun, but only 11mm sticks for glue gun). If your willing to drive further, dollar tree has many of the same items for much less.

My father bought a pair of plastic sandle here and we found one is visibly larger than the other one, even though they are printed as the same size number. We went to seek a return in just a hour. However, the manager there, after quickly looked the shoe and receipt, told us that they do not accept return and change, and the rule is printed in the receipt and a post on the door. Both me and my father were stunned, and the big tall manager turnned its back to us rudely. At that moment I did not know that in Canada, mechants are not obligated to accept return except it is defect. The manager obviously know this and he decided to take advantage from our blind spot of knowledge. Me and my father were keeping calm all time and he found us were easy" to deal. Yes
