I tried on 2 different occasions to get the right pilot jet for my mikuni carb.. (drove from Barrie), it's upsetting but the staff is nice and it's my fault for not bringing the carb in or knowing exactly what i needed.. a jetting kit would be nice.

Made my first purchase yesterday and all of my parts arrived today! I think I found my new source for parts. Filled out the online form and received a call minutes later for payment. The person I was talking to realized I had the wrong part number for the needle valves for my carb and fixed it for me. No more Royal Distributing for me. Thanks for the help!

If not, they have they drive, and skill to track those parts down for us. If you are a professional in the motorsports industry, and need a great source for parts, this should be your first choice.

Great shop. Was having trouble finding a specific part for an older carb. Called and they said they may have something but to bring one by to confirm. Got it for a fraction of a price of eBay and it was exactly what I needed. Thanks again!

I've been coming here for a few years and these guys always get me out of a bind. 9 times out of 10 the parts are in stock and ready to go. Older and odd stuff is never a problem. Only downside is they can't always help or cross reference with OEM part numbers. Usually a little internet sleuthing and reasearch can provide good part numbers they can work with. Prices are always great too.

The lady picks up pretending to be knowledgeable and a simple clutch kit and didn't know much then puts me through to parts. Parts picks up and with a calis attitude doesn't want to help me even to enquire and put myself in the correct direction. Sounds like they don't want to service anyone so I would recommend not to even bother trying to purchase from them.

I came in looking for some obscure Mikuni parts. Figured i would have to order them, but it was all on the shelf. Very impressed.

I'm sure they're great if you know exactly what you need but I like a business with a store front that you can actually bring your parts in and ask what you need in person !!

I have going to Winners Circle for over 25 years and considered myself a valued customer, until today. I went in today to purchase a battery and went to pay with my status card. I was directed to go to the office by the guy at the front desk. When I went to the office and told the woman in the office that I was directed there she stated that they would not accept my status card. I tried to explain to her very calmly that the card was for point of sale and she snidely said “you are wrong. I know what I am talking about. I used to be an auditor for Revenue Canada.” I was taken aback by her hostility and asked if I could show her on the web the information about how status cards work and she blatantly refused any further interaction. I was shocked. I asked her if she was the owner and she said yes. I asked her why she would treat a customer like this and she was dismissive and rude. I can’t believe it. It wasn’t even that she refused my status card but the open hostility she showed. I asked for her name and contact information and she refused me. So, be aware, status card uses. You are not welcome in the store.
