When it comes to lumber, laminate, paneling or anything else one would need for a project big or small. These guys will make you top priority. Excellent customer service, prompt and quick delivery service. Any project manager that hasn't worked with them should definitely give them a try.

Dealing with a mistaken e-transfer to this company is a nightmare. First they can't send back the funds by e-transfer, then they ask you to fill out a form with all my banking info for an EFT then tell me that it will take over 1 week for this to happen. After all this back and forth dialogue it now is going to be a cheque mailed to me from back east head office.If UCFP can accept an e-transfer they should be set up to send an e-transfer as well when a mistake such as this happens.Maybe UCFP should think about the small guys a little more and not worry so much about their big picture attitude.

Used to be a great place but with the addition of a new manager, sadly isn't what it used to be.I guess losing customers and staff will take this branch from 45 to 55 m ??I think not!!
