Evidence Sport and Spine North

I was referred to Jeff Habberfield by my doctor. This was after I had been to 2 other physiotherapists and a chiropractor for a chronic pain in my left glute muscle. Many activities had become painful, including riding in a car. I had to sit on a tennis ball to get relief. I was so frustrated. Then I saw Jeff. He was very thoughtful in his diagnosis. He had me do several bends, stretches, etc to figure out what was going on. Sure enough. He did! He gave me 2 exercises (which were so simple!) Within a week I had relief!! I was so happy!! Sometimes the pain comes back. I do the exercises and it gets better. I have gone back to Jeff for 2 other issues, and he always comes up with a fix. The other thing I love about this guy is he doesn't keep you coming back! He fixes the issue and only expects you to come back if it didn't work! Doesn't that make sense? I can't say enough good things. I'd give him a higher rating if I could. I've recommended him to several people and they all say the same as me. He is a very talented physiotherapist. I'm thankful my GP recommended him to me!!

Was in Tuesday for some therapy with Vicky, was in a lot of pain. She did a great job. She personally walked up front and booked the next appointment with the receptionist for Friday May 26 at 4:30. About an hour later got a call from the receptionist asking if I could come in at 2:30. I agreed. Came in Friday at 2:30 and no appointment was set. I mentioned it was originally set for 4:30. She said she could see that appointment was cancelled. With a non caring attitude she offered to rebook and the next visit would be free. First I didn't come in to get free therapy, whether you charge my insurance or not is no concern to me, I was there to get pain relief. At no time did she try to fit me in based off their mistake. Both my wife and I have used Vicky in the past, but I cannot justfy using a company who's front end staff do not have a caring attitude. They need to never forget people coming there have painful health issues. Very disappointing.

Called in just to get some answers on how everything works and they took their time out and explained every detail and even listened to my experience and why I wanted to do this. Amazing customer service! Awesome group of people here at this place! Angie is a superstar ⭐️

I’ve had two appointments with Susan so far and I’ve been incredibly impressed by her knowledge, experience, and ability to tailor treatment to my individualized needs. She demonstrates kindness, compassion and makes sure I feel comfortable during the session. Highly recommend.

The care provided by the staff at this facility is top notch and has been an amazing aid in my injury recovery. I HIGHLY recommend Evidence Sport and Spine for anyone having any muscle, joint or spine issues!

Heidi has helped me to get back in shape and make the pain I was experiencing in my neck shoulder and arm go away. I could not be happier with the results and my quality of life has improved since I started going to physio here.

Highway Robbery!! I’ve been going since 2018, and have watched their prices increase on a regular basis. $200 for an assessment? And $125 for a following 30min treatment? GET REAL. Not worth the money. THERE A MANY OTHERS WITH BETTER EXPERTISE AND LOWER PRICES.

I can’t give Evidence enough praise. I was with Shelby for the last 4 weeks and she fixed my issue to the point I do not have to return. I had been having numbness in both hands for over a year and gone to multiple other physios to try and get it fixed. Most just put TENS machines on me, told me to see them twice a week and said it would probably take a long time to fix this issue. Shelby not only took the time to explain what was happening, gave me a four week estimate of seeing her once a week (which was bang on)manipulated and dry needles me every time which actually made me feel better, and gave me exercises that have actually been helping. Yes, it’s pricier than some other physio places but you really get what you pay for with Evidence!

I made more progress with my physio here, than I did in the 2 years prior with other physios. Not that my other physics were bad. It just that Kathryn is just the best, and I'm lucky to have gotten in to see her.
