Refine Fitness Studio

Friendly,helpful and goal oriented. I joined refine for strength training. I love it because it has a slightly older membership. The owner and all the trainers are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this fitness studio for busy professionals.

I am one of the original members of this gym. I have trained with multiple trainers over the years as I like to try different things. Every single one of them has been fantastic. We discussed my goals and expectations and they always worked with me to achieve my goals. You can tell that everyone that is at this gym is happy. It's more like a family than a membership.

Great trainers, effective workouts, 3 locations, nutrition, motivation, accountability! Enjoyable to work out with others in small group training!

This is a fantastic gym!! The trainers are amazing and offer tons of support and encouragement while on your fitness journey. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

We’ve been members for over 10 years. The trainers are great, the equipment excellent, and the space unique and peaceful. It’s about fit and healthy rather than sweaty and loud.There are no show offs just staff and clients having a fun and getting strong.

Very Unwelcoming and rude !Went to refine fitness studio gym with the hope that they would let me have guest pass or free trial for today and I would join immediately if I like it as I am a gym lover but wise enough to try first before signing up for monthly. The lady on the front was so rude that neither she welcomed us nor she let us have day pass and said to write our contact info on a paper and they would contact me. I wanted to do some exercises at that time and felt very dissatisfied. Anyway, I and my friend who accompanied me there were their two potential customers. When I called another gym, they offered us free pass for a day and accommodated us with every help.

The absolute best gym if you want to see results. Small Group Training is absolutely phenomenal with the trainers focused on your success.
