VERY disappointing customer service treatment from the owner; he is rude and a liar. I was a customer all last year, getting supplies as needed and taking in water samples regularly, for $9.00 each. I was in the shop last week and he told me the price went up to $10.00 each. I went in today and took a water sample to get tested. He told me that unless I get ALL my supplies at his store, the test would not work. I told him that I brought in samples all last year and it worked fine. He downright lied to me telling me that the tests now cost $15.00 plus tax. Then, he walked into his office and slammed the door. I will drive out of my way now and will not give him my business.

My wife and I set about the process of buying a pool in early May. With Kathy providing great information on everything that is needed and involved in installing one, we decided to go ahead with it. Despite several challenges, (moving electrical, cable lines, etc.), our pool was up and ready to use by early June! Dan guided us through the entire process step by step, his crew is very efficient, and Kathy, Dan, or Jake are always available to answer my many questions. I knew nothing about owning a pool before this, but feel very comfortable that I've got Binner Pools staff to help me. Very happy with the whole experience. Thanks guys!

Kathy was an amazing help, she got me started with my hot tub and all my chemicals. She was so thorough she even went through step one to step for and what I need to do weekly. Now that is amazing customer service, and I will be coming back to her and binner's pool for all my hot tub needs

My husband and I just purchased a 27 ft above ground pool from Dan. It was the best decision we made! Our kids love the new pool! Dan and his team were AMAZING! They had our pool up in a few short days. It was crystal clear thanks to Dan and Kathy's advice on chemicals. We were swimming only a week after we made the purchase. Dan and his staff are wonderful to work with. Dan has called every week to make sure our pool is doing well and we have everything we need. I can't say enough about Binner Pools. If you are looking for a pool, this is the place to go. Wonderful people and excellent customer service!

Stopped in to pick up some products. After checking out the cashier said we are having a sale and told me I can save 15% on products. I asked if I could return the items and come back during the sale, I was told they don’t accept returns. Not great customer service. I will only shop here if I have to. Otherwise I would be more than happy to drive to Pool Team in Appleton they have excellent customer service and prices are so much more affordable.

We absolutely love our HotSpring Freshwater hot tub we purchased from Binner Pools & Spa last spring. They were more than accommodating with set up and were very resourceful regarding water stabilization. In addition, we had an issue with one of the panels and cover that they remedied with the manufacturer, no questions asked! Great company to work with!

We were excited to buy our first pool and the staff were very helpful until our pool was bought and paid for. Very disappointed in the customer service. We had to call a couple times with some questions ( we installed ourselves) we felt that we were annoying them with some things we needed to ask. Just very disappointed, but we do love our pool.

Awesome experience. Very knowledgeable staff. Everything you need with top of the line products. 3 years straight now I've had water quality issues when opening my pool. Brought them a water sample and they analyzed it in minutes. Set me up with all the product I needed to get the clearest and safest water possible for my family for the wgole summer. They give you a print out of all the steps to take and a weekly checklist for dummies. Can't say enough about their guidance. Will continue to support them and their products over the inferior box store experience. If a problem arises, they have the answers. That alone is priceless.

Dan and Kathy are very knowledgeable. They are extremely helpful, give good advice and keep our pool balanced with chemicals. Been going to Binner’s for over 20 years. We love our pool!
