Is this office ever open? I have been multiple times during regular hours and no one is here. Sign states it is open today, government site states it is open as well. Just close this branch of there is no reliability any more. I travel from out of town to come here and have expired items that can not be renewed online.

I walked in with the expectations of waiting a couple hours and be given a little attitude when I presented 10 ownerships that needed to be changed. Instead I was surprised with no line up, a friendly greeting and extremely helpful staff! I wish I had gotten her name to give you a shout out, but there was only one lady working so hopefully she gets some credit! Highly recommend this location!

Very unhelpful, and rude lady at this location; became a bit more perceptive with my son on speaker phone. If you prepare and print a used vehicle package, you should be able to explain the content to a customer. In stead she told me I am not an information booth"!"

Came on a Friday to do licensing stuff, sign on door said away for lunch till 2:30pm. Was standing around till 2:45pm when the store beside was kind enough to tell us they were closed for the day. No signs saying this or phone message indicating this. There was 5 of us standing around for nothing. Thanks to Knit'N Kaboodle for informing us.

Made 2 separate attempts to go to this Service Ontario. Both times, although their hours say they should be open, there's no one there and doors locked.Can't say how the people are because I couldn't see anyone.Customer service was a thing of the 1900's I guess.

Went in today to get my driver's license and health card replaced as my purse had been stolen. The lady at the service counter was very friendly and incredibly helpful! I will most definitely be returning to this location! Also, I only waited in line for a maximum of 5 minutes! Incredible service!

Was fast service for my daughter & I's healthcard renewal , and was open to regular hours as i seen some people stated it was not.The lady i had there though despite the fast easy service was not great at customer service and gave off the energy of why you bothering me

The staff here is amazing !!! ( seems to be same girl all the time) she helps me out every time. This is the only MTO I can speak highly about. Did not have a ownership for a truck I went in and she explained what I had to do. Went back in after everything was done and voila !!! I’m sure if I went anywhere else they would say go to our website !!!! Hate those answers.

Looks like I'm the first three star review. Nice.But honestly, that's the most earnest review I could give. The wait times are not well managed due to the size of the building, but it is convenient enough. The service is... serviceable! Yeah, I mean, hard to hate.

The rudest service I've ever had.... Ironically, there's a giant sandwich board sign that says this locations will not tolerate abusive behavior! I heard she's a franchisee location Vs. A Government enployee. She thinks she can do and say whatever cause she OWNS the joint. Save yourself the agony and go to Collingwood. Also she's open and the office smells like Export A cigarettes like 2.5 hrs a day
