Subaru of Niagara

Like a lot of people, I don’t look forward to the process of buying a car. Brayden sold us a 2019 forester without any of the usual stress and games around the negotiation process. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and open to answering questions after the purchase. We’ve been enjoying the purchase and can recommend Brayden and Subaru Niagara!

I had a fantastic experience with Subaru of Niagara. Brayden went above and beyond to help me find the car I wanted and secure it. He and Sandra provided exceptional customer service, which is very hard to find from a car dealership. If you are in the market for a new car, I highly recommend purchasing or renting from them. They are professional, knowledgeable, trust-worthy, and clearly take pride in the quality of their services.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Outback Wilderness with Subaru of Niagara. Brayden from sales informed us that new cars were expected to arrive in a few months to our surprise and true to his word, almost exactly 3 months to the day, he called and told us it was ready to be picked up. We made the right choice with this brand and this dealership-no misinformation, no empty promises and no pushy sales. I’d like to provide this review to note my experience with one of your sales team earlier today. I had called inquiring about a 2023 Subaru Forester $38, 252 as listed on auto trader (as well as on your dealership website) I spoke with one of your sales team who was quick to tell me that the ad I viewed had a disclaimer that this vehicle was not for sale and it was the vehicle used for test drives only. I can appreciate this if it is the case, however when I mentioned that this particular ad did not have that disclaimer and I did see the Ad with the disclaimer for a 2023 Subaru forester at $42, 652. At this point I was cut off with a very condescending “we have no foresters here my dear” then proceeded to tell me that his personal vehicle a 2019 Forrester will be available for sale soon. I would hope that for a company with such a great product and reputation would strive for the very best in customer service whether it be in person or over the phone. I am a loyal and happy Subaru owner with nothing but great things to say about this company’s service until today. Having been spoken to in such a condescending and chauvinist manner will greatly impact where my business is taken. As the manager of this location I sincerely hope you take these manner’s seriously to ensure the very best customer service is given to each customer male or female, in person or over the phone and that nobody is ever left feeling insulted after a call placed to your location.

Sales experience was fine but service is terrible. Had a dealer installed hitch on my new car. You would think that the dealer would be able to follow the template for cutting the hitch but it appears not. The cuts appeared to be made freehand and the fascia installed quickly fell off. I brought this up to the dealership and noted that there was a new fascia released that used two more pop clips to hold it in place rather than double sided tape. I also let them know that the only true fix is to replace the bumper. They refused to replace the bumper saying that they have a guy that can rework and repair it.They did install the newer style hitch fascia which appeared to be barely acceptable as you could just see where the cut went to the very edge of the fascia. However, over winter the glue they used failed again and it was clear that the cut was so bad and oversized that the extra clips went into nothing.Unacceptably bad workmanship, the pictures speak for themselves.

A big thank you to the team at Subaru of Niagara. My experience with the dealership is always positive. They take the time to hear and understand my needs. Their communication was clear and they always respond quickly. I can trust that my vehicle is in good hands and my family will be safe on the roads! Thank you for treating me like family!

Me and the family went to Subaru to check out the Outbacks and Foresters. Bradyn was super helpful and attentive to our wants and needs in a vehicle. He didn't rush us, provided answers to all of our questions, and felt he was super honest. Bradyn I still love the Outback Wilderness and would definitely buy from you in the future!No we didn't find our perfect match in a used vehicle (there isn't as much inventory right now and financing rates equal less buying power) but I would 100% recommend going in to see Bradyn if you are in the market for a Subaru. My experience with Subaru of Niagara went above and beyond any and all expectations I had for purchasing a car. I am in the midst of organizing a move across the country, and Brayden and Sandra melted all my stress away with their exceptional service. I felt as though I was in the company of old friends with the two of them throughout the entire process.I am so happy with my Outback Wilderness! Particularly with the robust safety and connectivity features Brayden walked me through, and with the added peace of mind with the warranties and protections that Sandra helped guide me through and understand, so that I could choose the best options that worked for me. I am definitely ready now to brave the winter roads of northern BC!I am so happy that what I thought was going to be a stressful process turned out to be so smooth and stress-free. This was my first purchase from Subaru, and it certainly won't be my last. When the time comes, I'll take my Wilderness on one final adventure back across the country to Subaru Niagara and purchase another.
