Needed to go there today. Got great advice and what I needed. So glad Noble exists. I'm sure it is for plumbing contractors mostly, but I was treated as a valued customer and only ended up purchasing a washer.

Recently, I had what I thought to be a simplistic plumbing problem, that could be rectified with a few parts. So off I went to my local Canadian Tire, but unfortunately, they could not assist me. I then attempted going to Lowes and finally Home Depot with the same results.In each case, on average I waited almost a half an hour just for someone to serve me. When assistance was finally offered to me, the actual comments I received were as followed “I work in hardware, but I will try and help you”, “Oh, I am not really quite sure, I am not a plumber”, and lastly one staff member said after feverishly attempting to help me “Sorry, I really don’t know, why don’t you try Noble Plumbing”. Totally frustrated, I immediately heeded his advice and that’s exactly what I did.Prior to this salesman recommending going to Noble, I had never heard of the company. Between the 3 Big Box stores that I attended; I had already wasted well over 2 hours of my time! When I walked into Noble, I was warmly greeted by 3 customer service personnel. Between them, they were able to advise and provide me with the “PROPER” parts that thankfully have seamlessly rectified my issue. Also, the bonus here was that surprisingly their pricing, for what I received, was fabulous!If you want to purchase plywood, nails, appliances or lawn furniture, Big Box stores are terrific. But if you have a plumbing issue, and don’t want to flood your place, the personnel at Noble Plumbing are the ones to see.

Best part is that they have all kinds of fittings which will not be available in other big box stores, but return policy is not so good. Restocking charges etc are significant. So ensure you buy what you need and nothing more. Hours are shorter as well so it's little inconvenient.
