Flies in the sweets cabinet. Ordered the bowl but they made the wrap. No smiles & all the staff is trained to work fast instead of being guest friendly, polite, listen & smile. Chicken noodle soup has no chicken ( literally no chicken in the bowl). Avoid this Tim Hortons folks.Terrible to be there.

Service is slow, waited about 10 mins for someone to take my order and another 15 to make a drink that they forgot. I walked out and never got my drink. In a hurry? forget about it

Terrible staff, and decline in the product while they raise their price and offer less and less. Donuts leave a weird waxy taste in your mouth. Not to mention my coffee the last 2 time were barely filled halfway up the cup. Call customer service and they don't even care to return your re phone call due to bad service and products

Went there about 10 mins ago with an online coupon for an all week coffee and tea with any breakfast meal, but once I got up to the window to pay they said that I couldn't use the coupon because it was only for the sausage meal, but it says in the description you get can any meal. Very frustrating too because a guy in a truck behind me was shouting Go!!!" which made things complicated. I recommend the one on Prince of Wales Victoria Ave. They understood the situation and didn't understand why I couldn't get my order. Disappointed in the customer service. Thanks for wasting my time."

They serve boiling coffee extremely hot to be drinkable : edited cause they improved their service
